Venus Rising Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 I liked the Green Witch Tarot so much, that I ordered 2 more copies to give as gifts for a couple of friends. ^-^ Also, the Work Your Light Oracle cards arrived defective (the lamination on several of the card backs had strange marks in them) so I've got another copy on the way. I've been on a Tarot buying tear lately LOL

You may want to check out the Renaissance Tarot - it also features the Greek pantheon in the majors and like the Mythic, it tells four different stories for the four suits. If the art in the New Mythic underwhelms you, the Original is going to be reprinted next year, so do check it out, Venus. :)

I'm a bit worried for the size since I prefer to riffle-shuffle, but on the other hand the size will be good for the artwork! It's a deck that's been on and off my wishlists for years and I think I originally heard of it when it was hard to come by. I'm very curious to see it in the flesh/cardstock, looks very dreamy and I'm into that aestethic these days as well as slowly getting out of my tarot funk :))

It is big and I wish the borders weren't there, but the images are beautiful.

The Williams Minchiate is hella stunning, Canid. I'm glad that you like it too, as many compare it poorly to the Fiorentine, Fiorentine Etruria, Solleone, etc versions. I love it tho. :)
