Bad aspects of Nine of cups

Hey everyone,

 

I need to consult someone objective:

 

I am in love with one of my best friends, but he is not interested in pursuing a relationship with me which is hard to understand because we have a very special soul level connection and I know he is physically attracted to me bc we used to casually date long time ago before we became good friends.

 

So I asked what does he feel for me with just one card spread, which usually helps me to stay focused and it was

10 of cups

I see this card as the perfect card for a romantic, deep and fulfilling relationship so it wasn't clear how come this is what he feels, if he was clear that a relationship with me is not a possibility.

i asked if X feels like the 10 of cups, why doesn't he want a relationship with me?

and the answer was 

9 of cups

the wish card. Is there a fear of letting himself be loved and love?

which was even more confusing

so i asked the cards for a clarification for the two cups cards,

and Death was the card.

 

So does it mean a renewal of his feelings? Does it mean i should move on?

i am really confused.

We don't want the community to be a place to just get free readings and the aim is to be a place of learning

I have temporarily locked this thread. Why? Because of one or more of the following:
