I'm getting the vibe that I'm on the verge of something important, an important step, like to be able to read cards after much struggling for example 😁

For the parcel itself (and considering "the speed of light") I could receive it at the beginning of the next week, but yes, there are mysteries at times with postal service, so it's better to don't be too optimistic, that way, no disappointment!

Fingers crossed! I pre-ordered at the beginning of March, so it depends on when you pre-ordered (I get the sense that they have a LOT of decks to send!)

Nevertheless I have great expectations with this deck (likely due to all these months waiting from March), like Grandville ghost just above my head when I'll pull cards or something else fantastic 🙂

It IS an easy deck. VERY chatty, even moreso than Sibilla. I think you'll like it.

I'm glad, the quality is excellent, really, and the cold-stamping is perfect, I can’t say better!

No because it arrived just today; but I did a cut like Andy usually does with a new deck: I got the Magician!

i'm sure it will. That monkey has everybody's rapt attention. Even the snakes paid for seats at this performance. Let them hiss...I don't see them walking out. (Or slithering out? It's hard to say...they have hands, so why not feet?)

 

The deck does dazzle...sometimes I still get caught up looking at it. 😍

Let us know this! I as well have 2 decks (of playing cards) noted ready to leave Moscow, but with the Covid and all, it's possible that my decks can stay at customs (ready to leave the country) during one month lol! Time will tell. Likely from Ireland things will go a bit faster.

And the winner is Fantastic Menagerie. (I'm not too surprised, Forgotten Legends is coming from Russia so likely mired in customs hell. Stuff from Ireland tends to get through relatively fast; anywhere Italy and Eastward is a snail's pace to be processed.)

 

Such a truly lovely deck. The cold stamping is marvelous for a light, effective touch of glamour.

 

For anyone else still waiting in the US, that was about 3 weeks and change from shipping notice to arrival. It didn't switch from 'sent from Ireland' to 'in customs' until the day before it showed up.

Fine! 3 weeks isn't exactly quick but with the pandemic...

Around the US presidential election the postal service in the US seemed to work at the speed of light though.

My decks from Russia are still mired in customs hell (but arrived in my country). I did a little spread and it's not encouraging regarding the arrival of my little package "soon", time will tell...
