I am so happy to be here! I am Ashtoreth, same as from "the other forum" and I was devastated when it shut down! I joined here along with all the members as we were unceremoniously booted out of THAT place, then promptly forgot to be a regular visitor here. Well, I'm here now and so happy for it! I even recognized some of the usernames.

 

About me -- I've been reading the tarot for the better part of 2 decades now but I consider it to be one sacred medium of many. As a result, I can just as effortlessly read anything: Hands, pendulums, oracle cards, auras, and chakra energies. I haven't gotten into the Lenormand yet but now might be a good time to try! I have recently quit my "day job" science career to focus on being a full-time psychic/energy healer/counselor. I look forward to catching up to all that I missed.

Thank you! Yes AT pulled a "Tower" move on us all. But I love how wonderful this forum has gotten (I remember briefly logging in last year when all of this happened but this forum was still in its inception). So all's well that ends well! I do think of Solandia(?) from time to time, wondering what motivated her to do this, and I hope that she is well.

oh definitely @ashtoreth the forum has organically grown with time. I needed 6 months off all forums and communities after AT closed, I signed up to have a profile and then had a break for half a year, the first year of here was much more quiet but it started to pick up and the exchanges and circles started, first of all it was hard to get numbers and now they are all busy! It took about 12 months to pick up really. The nice thing now is that still about once or twice a week, an old AT member joins us and also people come back after a break! So we are still seeing old AT faces appear and also some people are joining who are new to tarot and tarot communities and also some people have joined who never posted on AT and just would read posts and didn't get a chance to post there! It's a really warm and friendly place here now and much more busy 🙂
