If you mean how would you put it in the thread, I would imagine you would do it the same way you have already done twice, but don't. If you mean put it in the email, as geoxena says it's easy but it wouldn't be the right format, so don't.

The rising Moon represents the pull of new dreams, not yet fully visible (no plan is yet in place), and care and courage will be needed to negotiate the watery pools, small streams and boggy areas before the Querent reaches the comparative safety of the hills and what lies beyond.
