Hello. I'm Jack. I'm 24 years old and very forgetful. Like, I totally forgot about this place until I acquired four more tarot decks (they're technically on their way to me but I consider them part of my collection already). I've been reading for about...hm...5-ish years? Started out with the Galaxy Tarot app before I got my first physical deck (Tarot of Pagan Cats mini deck). Along with that one, I have The Halloween Tarot. The ones coming are: Occult Tarot, Crow Tarot, Sinking Wasteland, and Neon Moon.

I'm not saying this to be edgy but my make or break card is Death. If I don't like how the Death card looks, I have found that connecting to the rest of the deck is either not possible or I have to learn to love the deck's Death card with a bit of work. I got my first two decks before I knew the Death card had that much influence on my connections. I was lucky enough to love the Death card in both. I'm thinking my feelings towards the Death card come from how heavily I relate to the actual meaning of it. According to a "true self" reading I did recently (a few months ago) involving shuffling the major arcana and pulling a single card while focusing on that question, Death was my card and I cannot argue it. It made that much sense.

Aside from tarot reading, I can be found playing video games (Fallout 4 is a big thing for me right now), messing with my cats, napping, researching various topics of interest, being generally annoying or messing around outside.

I have the Galaxy app too! I've found it pretty useful especially with all the extra stuff it has. 

 

I agree with you on Death being a make or break card. The Devil and Moon cards are also those for me too. Although I can forgive one bad one if the other two make up for it.

Hello @Jack welcome to the TT&M Family 🙂 Yeah I guess Death can do that to us unless we look at it with an open mind. Most times in hindsight it was good that we 'lost' something 😉
