Come and introduce yourself to the rest of the TT&M Family!

  1. Horus
    Started by Horus,

I’ve started crossover readings using the ghost and spirit tarot deck back in 2012 then stopped. I had a 80% success rate. I would like to start readings again .

  2. Cilla Conway
    Started by Cilla Conway,

I never know what I'm doing on these forums, but this is (I hope) to introduce myself. Can't see if my name comes up though I guess it does. Anyway, I'm Cilla Conway, the artist behind The Intuitive Tarot (1 and 2), the Devas of Creation, the Byzantine Tarot, and my new deck, The Shimmering Veil Tarot. This one is off to the printers when I finally stop fiddling with it. I haven't managed to insert an image in here yet, which is a bit frustrating. It says insert image but only gives me a URL - which really isn't what I want. Help, anyone ?

  3. TarotMellio
    Started by TarotMellio,

Hi all! I'm 19 and I'm using tarot to help guide me and exercise my intuition. I have only been doing it a year but I took a break to recoup my energy. I'm here to learn and seek or pick up advice from other readers. I love to talk and learn so I'm all ears! (Or eyes!) My biggest challenge has been connecting card meanings and combinations and going beyond using keywords/phrases. Also when the cards have obvious contradictions it's difficult to decipher. Sometimes it's hard to tell your intuition from your ego. My biggest joy has been getting things right haha, it makes me feeling like I'm getting it. Also listening to the cards and seeing how the…

Finally registered! :D looking forward to chatting, reading, and being here, in general. Thanks, LittleFang! :-*

  5. Guest
    Started by Guest,

Thank you for your accepting my registration. I signed up after hearing good things about this place and I am looking forward to both reading and discussing different aspects of divination and fortune telling. In terms of divination I primarily work with the Tarot de Marseille, the Petit Lenormand and astrology (I focus on the Hellenistic-Persian period and use a Sidereal Zodiac). However I do also read the Belline, Tarot Persan, Triade Oracle. Up until recently, I had a blog (lost everything!) and most people know me as Andy B/AndyBC.

  6. Wyrdkiss
    Started by Wyrdkiss,

Greetings everyone, A bit about my tarot journey: I stepped into the Haunted Bookshop in Arizona, circa 1991. A large and lovely store that managed a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, I simply began to wander and enjoy. Striding past the counter, I noticed a Thoth Tarot deck displayed in a case. On the cover was the Magus, a being levitating with tools of creation floating around him . It was as if nothing else in the room existed. I purchased without hesitation. Discovering the Tarot was akin to finding an old friend that did not need words, a hug or handshake. It ended up being a large, "greenie" version that I still have own. I us…

    Started by theholysticvagabond,

Hello tarot lovers, I'm the holystic vagabond and I'm part of the lucky humans that had tarot entering their lives. -who would imagine that?- I was completely CLOSED to any sort of spirituality in the past. Rationality and science were my mantra. But for some reasons, tarot chosed me (at least, the feeling i had): I had a spiritual awakening, and many signs showed up that led me to the cards. Did you experienced something like that too? -like a need- I spent night and days learning about the interpretation of the cards (and still learning every day). But it took me a while to share and "confess" my passion t…

Hello to anyone reading this post! Just wanted to post something like an intro or something since I'm new here. I'm in the process of still editing my profile but I posted my collection and my wishlist. I'm not willing to part with anything I have just yet but you never know! My tarot journey started back in 2011 while in hs. Can't believe its been 10 years already! Never joined any forums but i figured why not start with a tarot forum, right? I'm also on twitter with the same handle. I post some tarot related content along with my other interests. Can't wait to rummage through here!

    Started by Barleywine,

Hello, old friends and new. I finally got my password issues straightened out and made it on here. I see quite a few familiar faces from AT, it's good to see you again. Some of you have been to my blog, but if you haven't, I now have over 850 (mostly) short posts related to divination subjects, mainly tarot (both esoteric and mundane) and Lenormand, with a little astrology, geomancy and Kipper. I'm not selling anything there (or at least not so far), just sort of spewing whatever comes to mind on a daily basis. https://parsifalswheeldivination.com/

  10. Chronata
    Started by Chronata,

Heya! So I finally managed to sign up for this forum...(my phone is my only internet access these days, and it would run out of power before I could scroll back to my date of birth!) Anyway... I recognize lots of names, and it honestly makes me soooo happy. For those I'm just meeting for the first time...hi I'm Robyn...and I have a tarot/divination obsession! You'll find me wandering the Labyrinth looking blissfully distracted by shiny things.

  11. FulgourPrentice11
    Started by FulgourPrentice11,

Some friendly folks have kindly directed me here, to properly introduce myself. Once upon a time I was Fulgour Prentice, which was a poor attempt at an elaborate pun. Fulgour (brilliant) Prentice (student) as in Sophomore, or Wise Fool. Much time has passed since then. I'm 67 years old now, surviving major surgery in 2016 which didn't quite take, so then another in 2017. My father, the greatest influence and truest friend in my life, passed away whilst I was in hospital for that second bit, and when last we spoke, on the phone, we laughed and casually shared each our news, though I was a hundred miles away. His passing was peaceful, and the hospital made it possible for m…

    Started by Hobbit,

[Hopefully it's okay to post this here -- it's similar to what I put in at tarotcollectors.org.] Hi all. Arriving from the Boston MA area. For the most part I don't "do tarot" myself, but I'm here to help keep the community abreast on the life path of a deck creator you may recognize: Barbara G. Walker. I'm her son. This effort is just to let y'all know that I, or sort-of-we-by-proxy, are here for a little while. I can't say much more yet because of the post limit. More later, perhaps...

  13. Jewel
    Started by Jewel,

Though I had not been active on AT for a few of years, that was my Tarot home since before it was even a subscriber site! and though I did not post (I was on a Tarot sabbatical lol) I would periodically check in. Last July I got back into tarot full swing but as we all know that is when AT closed. I have been looking for a new Tarot community ever since, and seeing as there are former AT members here I believe I have arrived at the right place :D. I have been involved with Tarot since the mid 80's, collecting decks, journaling, using tarot for self exploration, studying tarot (love tarot work books and study groups), reading for friends, sharing what I know about tar…

Hi, Was a regular at AT and then they closed down, was heartbroken and suffering from tarot fatigue. Saw a name familiar to me from there, DanielJUK and decided to join. Don't know if TT&M is similar to AT, whether I'll enjoy as much, if many members from there are to be found here, but wouldn't know if don't give it a shot. :) Cheers! N

GreatDane just saying Hello. Back after many months off forums, hoping to jump back into the pool and thinking TT&Me a good place!

  16. Grizabella
    Started by Grizabella,

I think a lot of people probably already know me. I'm re-introducing myself anyway. I took some time away from Tarot and other cards because I was in need of getting out of a rut. In the months I've been away, I've been learning to watercolor. Normally I paint with oils and watercolor has been totally new to me. Finally I've reached a point with it that now I'm ready to resume my cards. Taking time away can be quite rejuvenating. I'm living in Washington now. I started out in Olympia but now I'm in Tacoma. Every time I move, I vow not to move again, but something always comes along to move me elsewhere. I guess I should just resign myself. lol Currently I'm work…

    Started by SolHealingLightTarot,

Hello everyone! You can call me "Sun." So instead of writing a basic introduction, I decided to just share my story of how I became interested in Tarot and spirituality. About two years ago, I attended an art history course and met this classmate. We quickly became friends and aided each other in studying for exams and such. He was very much interested in tarot himself, so he offered to do some quick readings for me using his Dragon Tarot deck. I didn't have a personal reading from anyone until that point, and he fascinated me with the accuracy of his reading. The good thing was that he offered me "free readings," which was very generous of him. I felt inclined to return …

    Started by ashtoreth,

I am so happy to be here! I am Ashtoreth, same as from "the other forum" and I was devastated when it shut down! I joined here along with all the members as we were unceremoniously booted out of THAT place, then promptly forgot to be a regular visitor here. Well, I'm here now and so happy for it! I even recognized some of the usernames. About me -- I've been reading the tarot for the better part of 2 decades now but I consider it to be one sacred medium of many. As a result, I can just as effortlessly read anything: Hands, pendulums, oracle cards, auras, and chakra energies. I haven't gotten into the Lenormand yet but now might be a good time to try! I have re…

  19. Eamane
    Started by Eamane,

Hello everyone! I've been a Tarot enthusiast for eight years now. My favourtie Tarot deck is the Harmonious, but I'm a Rider girl at heart. I'm still learning and want to share my Tarot experience with likeminded people.

  20. GeoLund
    Started by GeoLund,

Hello everyone! I just found and joined this forum today and I'm so happy to be here! A few months ago I was bit hard by the Tarot, Lenormand and Oracle bug and have purchased almost 50 decks on a quest for the perfect one that speaks to me. I'm learning the standard meanings of all of the cards and working on deepening my intuitive skills to assist me with readings. I've done a few that have been shockingly accurate or profoundly influential to the Querent. I absolutely love watching deck flip-throughs on YouTube. I also like creating comparative analysis spreadsheets of the cards and the decks to see which ones have good images and meanings. (Ok,…

    Started by georgiebandit,

Hello. I have just joined and really exited at the start of my tarot learning curve. I bought a deck because a medium told me I have an ability that is not tapped into and I am curious to see where this leads me. I just did my first reading on myself and got all arrow cards. Is this a good sign?

    Started by Marguerite,

Hi to all of you, I just joined this site and wanted to make an introduction. Im hoping it's the correct forum tab for this as Im learning to navigate this site. My name is Marguerite, Im very close to turning 43, my favourite tea (at present time) is raspberry pomegranate and I live with my shetland sheepdog who's 10yrs old. He is like my only Son. ❤️ The first time I've drawn tarot cards was in my teens, secretly playing with my father's Marseille deck. I honestly had no idea what I was doing but those cards fascinated me. I don't know what happened to that deck and wish I still had it. I've been an avid student of numerology for many years…

  24. Rodney
    Started by Rodney,

Hello everyone! Yes, I'm that Rodney. But that seems like a lifetime ago at this point. Now I'm just a regular collector and sometimes tarot reader/user. Lately I've been more focused on a deep dive into the I Ching, examining the structure of and connections between the hexagrams. I exchange readings IRL with a friend every month or so. I'm still using my double deck Transparent Tarot. I can't remember the last time I did an online exchange reading. I'm on two other tarot forums, although I'm nowhere near as active on either of them as I was on Aeclectic. I'm not sure how active I'll be here either, but I figured it was time I finally joined. I'm …
