I am so happy to be here! I am Ashtoreth, same as from "the other forum" and I was devastated when it shut down! I joined here along with all the members as we were unceremoniously booted out of THAT place, then promptly forgot to be a regular visitor here. Well, I'm here now and so happy for it! I even recognized some of the usernames. About me -- I've been reading the tarot for the better part of 2 decades now but I consider it to be one sacred medium of many. As a result, I can just as effortlessly read anything: Hands, pendulums, oracle cards, auras, and chakra energies. I haven't gotten into the Lenormand yet but now might be a good time to try! I have re…

I've been using Tarot since around 2012 on and off. I mostly read for myself and have quite a large collection of decks, including oracle decks. Recently I've been trying to get back into learning Lenormand. Every so often I like the directness of Lenormand and Kipper instead of Tarot, which I find is generally more in depth. Not sure if I've explained that properly but hopefully it makes sense. I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here and getting to know everyone.

I am brand new to tarot reading and wanted to learn more about this practice so please bear with me as I inevitably ask a lot of beginner questions. Truthfully, tarot looks like a mountain in front of me right now but I am excited to dive in and start learning. That all being said, I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and I thank you all for providing a space like this for us!

Hi everyone, I am nee here and posted in the wrong thread earlier. I am trying to get 5 posts so I can actually post my tarot spread questions. I have been a tarot fan for years. I have many decks and do my own readings and sometimes get my own cards read by others. I hope to be able to utilize these forums to increase my knowledge of tarot. I am happy to be here, Thank you!

Hi everyone! I'm Luned, I've been reading on and off since around 2000 (just for myself - the earliest dated entry I can find in my tarot journals is 2001) and have recently felt the call to pick up the cards again. My first deck was the Celtic Tarot by Julian De Burgh & Mary Guinan, my most precious deck is Ellen Lorenzi-Prince's Tarot of the Crone (I have both the original limited edition plus the 3rd edition), I just bought Tarot of the Owls by Pamela Chen & Elisabeth Alba, and my standard reading deck is Robin Wood. I was on the Aeclectic Tarot forum back in the day, so it's very nice to have found a new online spot and to meet you all.

hello everyone! i just found this forum a few days ago (used to be on AT as mcjw) and am so glad to find a new tarot community. my name is meg, and i'm a freelance photographer and tarot reader/writer. i'm 3am.tarot[/member] on instagram which is my main tarot community. i've been reading for about 3.5 years and do private readings as well as monthly tarotscopes. i live in nyc and am trying to do more in-person meet-ups, as most of my work has been very personal and solitary. i came to tarot after growing up in conservative evangelicalism, looking to reclaim faith and spirituality in a way that felt authentic. i'm self-taught, so even though tarot has become an ess…

Hi everyone! My name is Jessica (she/her) & I am VERY new to tarot. I've had 2 readings done over the past couple of years by someone who is actually qualified to interpret a reading & both were so accurate that they took me by surprise - my most recent reading having been so eerie that even my reader said it reached a depth level she had yet to experience in the several years she had been conducting readings (I would be more than happy to share this experience with anyone that would like to read about it & would love to hear what others think about it). After some difficult situations popping up in my life recently I decided to buy my own Rider-Waite deck t…

Hi, I used to frequent the AT site too, but haven't joined any other online tarot until now. That was an amazing site and I've been really missing the connection of reading for others. I own about ten other decks and they are a variety with different artworks such as animal-focused, cat themed or nature themes. I have set of moonstone runes I like to practice, and the Gilded lenormand and other divination decks. Currently, I prefer my Hanson-Roberts deck because of its familiar feel to me as I've been out of reading practice for few years now! Looking forward to returning to reading and keep on improving my skills at reading for others. Beyond tarot, I'm a fu…

Hi everyone! I promised myself that when I joined this forum I wouldn't be a lurker, and that I'd embrace this opportunity to meet other like minded Tarot lovers. I came to Tarot very recently. This past year, like most people, I've found myself working from home, and leading a pretty solitary life, during the day at least (my husband is an essential worker, and continued to go to work throughout the pandemic). I've adopted companions along the way - through books, music, podcasts. A few months ago, Patti Smith took me under her wing - I found myself listening to her memoir Year of the Monkey at the same time I was reading another of her books, M Train. I…

Hi I’m new here. I haven’t read a lot into tarot, but seem to pull the same cards and have recently pulled 4 cards with consecutive numbers which made me curious if this was normal!

Hello. I have a tarot deck and have been doing readings on myself and used to do readings for other people for a while. Things are not looking too good for me and I might need help on interpreting a celtic cross reading (first time doing it). But I see that I first have to make five posts before posting in the tarot interpretation forum. It's nice to meet everyone. I just need some help.

Yep, it's me again---old gabby Grizabella. I've come back to stay this time, but I'll try not to be a nuisance. Tons of things have happened in my life since I was last here, the latest being a broken hip and a hip replacement the first week of April and now recovery, I celebrated a 40th sobriety anniversary in May and now I'm moving again within this same RV park, this time into a place that's permanent. (How many times have I vowed "I'll never move again" because I hate moving, but then went on to move again?) Anyway, it's the same old me, but I'll be happy to socialize here again.

Growin up in the 80's...😍 If it wasn't for television/books, when I was a kid..I wouldn't have had any magickal encouragement.. outside of for my own lil inner voice of course ..OMG definitely my "wake up" movie was "Teen witch"💕 I always believed in magick but not really understanding why? Or where those feelings came from. That movie did it for me. Finally.. I saw Magick in the city! Magick at school! No warts..frogs..or bumpy noses. What..you mean witches can be regular people??? What??!! They can be teens? I thought you had to be old! It was like Aww man..I knew I wasn't crazy..it's on!

Hi all! hope you are having a great weekend. I came here to get my feet wet and hopefully someday I can be an asset here. lol. what sparked my interest was that some woman I was speaking to sent me a picture of cards by accident. Lets just say we dont speak anymore as I think the picture on the card was meant for another man and she stopped talking after she sent the pic. lol...Good thing we were not together that long. I have attached a pic and hopefully someone here can tell me what they mean. Thanks

Hello! My name is Chance and I am a tarot reader of many years. I have recently found myself emerging from a long gap in my practice, I am currently getting re-acquainted with my cards so that I can offer readings again. I'm still very passionate about tarot but I haven't been feeling the inspiration or spark to read for myself for practice. I'm hoping joining this community will help me dive back in and open up to tarot again. For any astrology folks I'm a Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Libra Rising.

Greetings to the Tarot, Tea, & Me Community. I am Juna, Natural Mystic Guide. I first picked up a deck of Tarot cards at age 18. I have been seriously studying and then reading professionally for more than 16 years. I found Tarot, Tea, & Me through googling around. I was an active member of Aeclectic Tarot for many years. I enjoy being able to contribute and benefit from a community of people who share my enthusiasm for Tarot. Particularly I like exposure to new decks and assistance with tech issues associated with the Tarot profession. Thanks to all of you for making this community possible. Currently I live on the island of Bali and am happy to welcome a…

<3 Hi everyone, I'm Victoria and I have been 'studying' Tarot since I was 14.... erm, that's almost 36 years! :shhh: I mainly use Tarot as my own guide for every day decisions and thoughts and it keep me in touch with my Spirit Guide (know as Paul) on an almost daily basis. I've recently been asked to hold a Tarot study group :bugeyed: and thought it would be exciting to keep in contact with other Tarot readers and Tarot lovers, so here I am and I can't wait to learn more! Best wishes Victoria
