Benebel Wen posted a couple of videos yesterday and today about a production issue with her new Vetruvian edition of the SKT. Luckily it is minor.

Hi there! I've been reading Tarot for a few years and I often read in the Internet that beginners start with the WaiteSmith deck (WST) and move on to the Tarot de Marseille (TDM) in many cases. I often get the impression that it's common to think that the TDM is for advanced readers, while the WST is for beginners because of its "simple" pictures.

I'm on a no buy/low buy year but I still like to check Kickstarter every once in a while (because FOMO and also because I like to make things difficult for myself ) and I came across this deck. I searched the forum but I don't think it's been mentioned around here yet, so I wanted to ask what you guys think? Personally I think it looks really nice, even though I'm not usually a fan of fairy decks and don't own a single one. I love heavy gold foiling, it's one of the things that drew me into the Ethereal visions. But I'm not a huge fan of the pregnant Empress... I just think it's too one sided an interpretation for that card.

How many have had a fav for a long time, but then they fell in love with another deck and their once favorite got pushed to the side? I don't mean just a new fancy, but that your favorite was replaced by one you just loved MORE. I have been thinking about this and it's not so much a deck has been really replaced, but more a STYLE of a deck. The Pamela Centennial by US GAMES has just been my go to, then the one without borders came out and now I am looking at reall's Vintage. Just kind of different takes on the same deck, but I am feeling a bit of a loyalty shift here. Anyone else had a LONG TIME fav that you dumped for another?

Hello. I’m trying to locate a tarot deck that I remember seeing. Native American deck, not Angels or Ancestors, but maybe close to that name. Not the Native Tarot Deck by Gonzalez. Thanks.

I think this is an important thread to have, but we have to be cautious this doesn't descent into politics. We don't allow political discussions in the rules, so let's keep this to only discussing decks, costs and charges and the tariffs. Topical political discussions always just ends with everyone arguing in threads and then having to be closed, so let's move away from that and keep on topic. Many months ago, I pledged for a Kickstarter from a UK artist, she has sold crowdfunded decks before and people bought the deck from all over the world. The deck was funded and she started sending them off around the world but the decks going to America in August, hit a …

An early Christmas present to myself. I've wanted the Dali Set since I started collecting. I could never afford it until now. Amazon had a deep discounts on it. It's a very large box, made it of wood with a felt covering. The book that covers covers it is very comprehensive. The cards come in a golden box. The cards are gorgeous, created by Salvador Dali and his wife, and they appear in some of the cards. Many based on famous works of art. I funny story. Daily read commissioned to create a Tarot Deck for the Bond movie Live and Let Die. The studio didn't like what he was doing so he was fired from the project. What we call, The Tarot of the Witch…

It said it came with a book for the cards but it doesn't 😞 does anyone know where i can get a book linked to the deck or is it own interpretation? i love the images on the cards and they are so different to my very old Russle Grant set (received in 1995). i'm in the uk if that helps. thanks Amy

Of all the Celtic Tarots, which do you find: a) the closest to Celtic tradition? b) the most eloquent? c) the one with the best accompanying book related to Celtic lore? d) the most evocative? e) the easiest to read with? Thank you.

Someone on a Discord server I am in asked if any of us had the Marcella Krolls Dreamers Tarot. She wanted to know what the book had to say about the Judgment and Tower cards as she has apparently lost her booklet. Since there are so many collectors here I thought I'd ask for them. Edited for a mistake and to add information.

So a few months back artist Madeline Priebe posted some images of a Muppets tarot she'd been doing, just the majors, and they were stunning. She's now printed them as a deck! https://www.etsy.com/listing/1316683471/rainbow-connection-tarot-major-arcana I've asked if she intends to do a full deck; we'll have to see about that. They're so lovely, though, I couldn't say no. Too good of a match to So Lazo's Rainbow Tarot and so very well done.

And any card-related reasons that you're still undecided? Someone mentioned SKT and for a moment I thought ZKT and read it as Zigeuner Kartenspiel and I had to laugh because when I googled it, a very very old thread from AT had me asking "why is Zieuner Kartenspiel on my wishlist?' I did put Spirit Keepers Tarot into the cart but didn't hit 'buy' as yet because overseas postage and not *entirely* certain about the artwork. This was the state of my wishlist when I signed up here. I'm going to revisit each and see what's been published lately, too. Everyday Enchantment Tarot The Llewellyn Tarot Smith-Waite Centennial in a Tin …

Just came across this while searching for something else - amusingly not tarot related! - and it's caught my eye. Anyone else have it or know anything about it? There doesn't seem to be an English version, but Amazon UK have it in stock.

If you're looking for a modern TdM deck, I just found (and backed) Tarot Morandi on Kickstarter. The creator is an animator and illustrator, and it shows in the deck's art. The campaign ends on August 4.

The Brady Tarot is now shipping the kickstarter backers. After that the deck will be available for sale. It's unusual, each card is from an original woodblock, all animals, vivid colors and the book is written by Rachel Pollock.

I am looking for a Monkey tarot deck. There are cats, rabbits, gummy bears, looking for monkeys! I searched under Monkey Tarot Deck and some images come up of what looks like monkeys on tarot cards, but don't know if there really are any published decks out there. Especially affordable ones. Anyone have a monkey deck?
