Hi all, I just crafted this spread for examining how to live life more fully in 2018. Fears hold us back, but do we always know what we fear? Fear not (pun intended...), this spread will help :) Pull 1 card for each question - or more, if you feel confident in interpreting in a more story-like manner. 1. What unfounded fear do I have? 2. How can I best let go of that fear? 3. What will change in my life if I overcome the fear? 4. How can I live more fearlessly overall? 5. How can I help others overcome their fears?

This is a spread that I designed for reflecting on the year that is soon about to end. Maybe someone else will find it useful. It is quite a large spread but I wanted something that would sum up this last year nicely. You lay out 13 cards: the first 12 cards are laid in a circle (like a clock) and the last card sits in the middle of the circle. I intended for it to be like the completion of a cycle, with something new that emerges like a small light in the middle of the unknown. 1. Who was I when this year started? 2. What did I strive to achieve this year? 3. What did I accomplish? 4. What got in my way? 5. What lessons did this year have in store for me? 6…

Here is what the spread should look like --[1]-------[4]-- [2]-[3]--[5]-[6] AUTHOR'S NOTE: Just before you go to bed shuffle the deck and ask it what's the main theme of your dreams tonight. Then place the three cards underneath your bed frame on where you place your head. The purpose of this will hopefully the energies of these cards will feature in your dream(s). In the morning place the three cards back into the deck and shuffle the cards while asking the deck about a specific part of a dream that you remember. New Moon Blessings everyone! Here is one of my favorite spreads, that I try to do for every new moon. I found this spread back on AT, first posted by user Milamber. Things that are coming into your life. 4: Surroundings. How the world around you is affecting you. 5: Giving. What you should be giving to others. 6: Beginning. Something new that will begin soon. 7: Your lesson. What you should be learning at this point. And quot…

Does anybody here actually perform daily draws? Do you just use one card or many? If it's just one, how do you interpret it? If it's more than, what kind of spread do you use? At what time of the day do you perform it - mornings or evenings? Do you do this religiously - I mean, do you do it everyday without fail? And - be honest now - how helpful and accurate have these been?

Just came across this spread, recently posted by tarot blogger Oephebia, and it looks like a good one so thought I would share! Here is the link: https://oephebia.wordpress.com/2017/10/29/day-of-the-dead-spread/ 1 – Advice from my ancestors (here take it as what you need to know or to do to improve your life) 2 – What I need to banish, to let go, to remove from my life, what is no longer serving me. 3 – What I need to embrace, to welcome in my life, to attract to me. 4 – Ancestral traits I need to tap into. What qualities from my ancestors (immediate ancestors or from many generations ago, in other words, your tribe), I may want to use. 5 – What is holding me bac…

This is originally from Anja's Tarot website (which unfortunately went off-line in December of 2004). It is an excellent spread when one is facing a choice between two paths (so to speak). I just used this spread this morning for a friend and it provided a very good look at what was going on with the person relating to their two choices. (I've used this spread twice now and have added the optional 11th card both times - it has been helpful.) ...6.......11.......10 .....5..............9 .......4.........8 .........3....7 ............2 ............1 1 - Past or underlying basis of the matter 2 - Current Situation 3 - Path or Action "A" 4 - Internal Influence o…

Hi guys! I created a spread last year, and for now, I'm the only one having used it. It would be nice if some of you could use it and tell me if it worked well! I called it the "Druidcraft Spread", because my spiritual practice is Druidcraft, a concept elaborated by Philip Carr-Gomm, the one that wrote the book Druidcraft in 2002, and also the Druidcraft Tarot in 2004. Simplicicly, Druidcraft is the practice of modern Druidry and Witchcraft/Wicca. I created the spread for deepening my spirituality by focusing on the three Celtic Realms (Druidry) and the five Directions/Elements (Witchcraft). This spread can be very simple, and majorly complex depending on how we loo…

Hi everyone! My birthday is coming up in a couple of days, and I'm looking around for a possible spread to do for my birthday. Does anyone have a birthday spread they like to use? I found one in the AT archives that I'm thinking of using. This one was posted by user Pipistrelle as a 30th Birthday spread, but I think it could be used for any birthday. Here is the info from Pipistrelle- the spread is in the shape of a flower. So, what I'm thinking is, you can adjust the stem as needed to have a card for each previous decade, or you could even have an additional stem card to represent you just in the past year. I'm at a half-decade year, so I could add a card …

This is a spread I had come up with a few years ago when I wanted to combine the 3-card "Mind - Body - Spirit" with the 3-card "Past - Present - Future" spreads. It gives a way for you to look at how things have changed for you, and where you're going. There are a lot of interactions between cards in this spread and, at the end, I've pointed out a few to consider. I did use this a couple of days ago, that is what brought it to mind. It worked very well and seemed to give my friend some good insight. ........Past - Present - Future Mind....1.........4........7 Body....2........5.........8 Spirit...3.........6........9 1 - Past states of mind or influences on the p…

I came across this Full Moon Spread by the ITF. I really like this one so wanted to share here. Usually I tend to work with my Spirit de la Lune oracle for the Full Moon, which has a spread for each full moon throughout the year in the accompanying book. But I like this spread that can be used at any full moon. 5 cards, laid out in a circle. Picture is attached. Card 1: What do I need to release from my life? Card 2: Guidance to help achieve this Card 3: What do I need to embrace to empower me Card 4: How can I enable my transformation Card 5: What can I achieve/manifest with this energy?

I cobbled this from an initial interview spread, adding another question that resonated with me. I have previously used this on my Centennial and Barbara Walker, and I also plan to use this on my Wild Unknown and Modern Spellcaster's. I will put these readings up on my Readings Journal thread and then post the links here later. I hope that you find it useful too. Enjoy! Edit: from Daniel's comment in another thread, I'm glad to finally find out where it is from. I only wrote it in my written Tarot journal, and I wasn't able to trace back its provenance until now. It seems like it is a spread created by FireRaven, which she acknowledged was inspired by the deck intervie…

A lot of people I read for ask yes or no questions so I thought I'd share a few methods with all of you. I hope you find it helpful.[emoji847] First is the simplest Upright = Yes Reversed = No Then read the meaning of the card for more insight. Second Part 1 5 Card Spread Major & even numbered minor cards = Yes Court cards & odd numbered minor cards = No The majority gives the answer i.e. 5 majors or evens would be definite yes & vise versa, 3 majors or evens would be yes & vise versa. Note: upright & reversed read the same for a yes or no answer at this point, however I read all the cards after a yes or no is established using reversed …

The combination of cards was really interesting, let me know what you think. *****5***** 3*********4 ***1***2*** 1. I came across a great Eclipse Tarot Spread, through the wonderful Worts+Cunning site. So for anyone who's looking to work with the cards today on Eclipse day I thought this could be a great spread to work with! This is a linear 3-card spread, laid out 1-2-3. The below is all copied and pasted from the Worts+Cunning site linked above. I've just copied and pasted the basics here but there's more details and suggestions on the site. The Eclipse Season Tarot Spread The spread is only three cards: a Sun, a Moon, and a Shadow card. You for how you choose your Sun and Moon cards.
