Hi all I've just got this revelation around the tarot card 8 of cups - especially the image from Rider Waite. At the website www.learntarot.com one can find the keywords for the card to be Deeper Meaning - Moving On - Weariness. I saw myself as a deep water fish - communicating with light. I have a ladyfriend who asks me every time I struggle if she should light a candle for me, and strange enough it helps. The Salvation Army has a christmas donation show on TV the name "A light in the dark". Hi all. X/ I did a reading and as I picked 9 of swords, I got the intuitive thought "friend". Can 9 of swords really symbolize a friend? I thought of my best friend Paul. Can he be in some sort of trouble without me knowing it? Should I text him and ask if he need my help? (we normally don't talk about emotional issues). I'm thinking this silly thought that maybe he needs help with a riddle or an enigma? :think: Or is it so that 9 of swords - that I've learned is a negative card - actually can be a friend? I would like to hear if some of you have different views on the page of pentacles then the standard meaning.

On traditional TdM cards, the Judgement Card, most every one, has the man and woman, the man looking up to the angel and there's the third figure with its back to us. I myself have never really been able to figure this third image out. Is it the couples baby? Is it a soul? Their soul? Is it a dead soul rising out of a coffin to help, ascending up to the angel? In some decks its blue, some flesh colored, some pale white. I know there is no one absolute answer to this, but I am curious what other readers may feel about this third figure. I myself am honestly having a hard time reading this particular figure. Thank you.

Hi all. This is my first time here and first time posting, and I'm fairly new to tarot. Two of Wands came up in a reading I did recently, and based on its placement and the story forming around it, it suddenly occurred to me that it was Two of Fire and could be interpreted as Twin Flames. I'd love to hear if anyone else has had this feeling about Two of Wands.
