Overall, to hone my divination skill and meet my tribe šŸ¤—

Hi guys, my name is Shay. I’m new here. My mom introduced me to tarot via YouTube back in 2016. Funny, because before that, I met someone that did a reading on me during a music festival, and out of nowhere told me that spirit wanted him to give me his tarot deck. I refused at the time, but in December 2020, I purchased a deck, and instantly became very in tune with my intuition and was easily able to connect the cards. 4 months later, I’m doing readings and helping others to heal and find themselves. I began to realize that when my friend tried to give me his tarot deck, it was because I was meant to read. Anyways, I just turned 25 last week #TeamTaurus, and …

Hi, my name is Jose. Just joined and was directed here by Quora posting. Glad to join. I am professional male Software Engineer on my early 40s and recently picked up Tarot (2 3 months may be). I felt that Tarot was a great way to have messages given to me by my spirit angels, ascended master and the Universe. I do not seek money or fame but do try to help others in need to find the right path. Hope that make great acquaintances and to learn more and be better at it. I bought my first deck (sad that is was not given to me): Osho Zen Tarot - but I keep referencing to the traditional tarot for understanding as thats the one I have seen use for the longest and h…

Hi there I am new here and somehow new to tarots. I have been using them for years but only recently I have decided to really learn about it hence I do daily cards draws so I can learn a card in details every day and take notes. I have two decks: Raider-White and Mucha. I hope the community will help me to take my passion one step forward! Fred

  6. MandalaMoons
    Started by MandalaMoons,

Hi there, I am a longtime tarot reader and practicing pagan. I used to be on the Aeclectic forums back in the day but really REALLY missed having a good tarot community, especially lately. I consider tarot to be sort of my secret passion in life, and I love sharing it with others and giving readings and exchanging. Recently just turned thirty, like the day before yesterday and got a new deck "The White Numen" that's just begging to be used. I tend to collect tarot decks, and have over 50! <3 I'm pretty intuitive as a reader, and really miss having a tarot based, spiritual community!

Hi, My name is Nishtha. I am a beginner and have just started to read for myself. I do have basic knowledge of card meanings but i have not developed confidence in my readings yet and i do doubt my interpretations. So I'm so excited to have found this beautiful community, where I can grow and enhance my knowledge. I'm really looking forward to this journey šŸ™‚

I'm new to this and can't wait to dip my toe in the water and hopefully dive in later once I have the confidence that I won't drown in self doubt. Three years ago I went to the local Ren Fest and my friend got me to sit for a reading. I was at a huge crossroads in my life and poured the options out to the person doing the reading. She was wonderful and the reading was intuitive, subtle and ultimately spot on. I have a horrible memory in these situations and she allowed me to record the session. Looking back (or listening back) many times, I was both grateful and amazed by this experience and having the recording, it wasn't tarnished by time and memory. My life has complet…

Hello everyone!! I'm new to the online community here and so just wanted to quickly introduce myself. ✧ Me Then: My name is Kenneth and I'm a psychic reader from Canada. There's a bit more wordy of a biographical sketch of myself on my FB page (link below), but just to introduce myself a little here.. I'm 30 years old, born in Canada to two very strict, very fundamentalist, and unknowingly, very psychic parents. (Any form of non-Pentecostal form of spiritual expression was forbidden.) Upon seeing the way I was raised, my father's mother (a psychic and spiritualist), decided to move to my town to watch me grow up more closely (and prevent the closi…

Hi All, I'm Felicia (she/her/hers) and I consider myself very new to tarot. I've had an interest in it for quite a while, but I've only recently bought my own deck (Rider Tarot Deck) and started trying interpret/read for myself. I'm hopeful that this community will help me grow in my own understanding and provide a space to practice interpretations for others so that I can feel more confident in the cards are trying to convey. I've found myself overwhelmed at times when trying to use my intuition to discern the meanings of the cards, but then going online to see what the cards generally mean in various scenarios... I bought "Guided Tarot" by Stefanie Caponi to…

    Started by evasagittarius,

For the past year or so I've been studying the tarot, and I'm still very much a beginner eager to know more. Initially I thought I'm just going to take short notes for each card to use in readings, but I've found myself wanting to know more and more, delving deeper into the history of the cards and drawing links between other spiritual practices and traditions. So, I don't see any end in sight to this, there's simply too much to learn.. but I'm thinking on maybe starting a blog at some point to share my learning process and all the knowledge I gather. I was christened Eastern Orthodox, and while I wouldn't say I'm a christian, the culture of this church has b…

Dear Dwellers of the Tarot Sphere, A fellow dweller here, new to this forum but not to the trade. ..and I do love tea šŸ˜‰ especially Ti Kuan Yin. Thought I should broaden my horizon more as I have been on another Tarot forum for a while but feel there's reasons to look for other pasteures to graze. I'm a guy from The Netherlands, artist/engineer by trade (I build astronomical clocks), father of three, husband, and avid reader and collector of occult literature. I casually started out using Tarot some years ago but that train has long since derailed being casual.. which it is not anyore. I accidently started reading into such great works by Papus and …

    Started by Aditi,

My name is Aditi and I've been learning and practicing Tarot for a couple months now. Very much a newbie- still connecting with the cards and drawing meanings out. However, I'm smitten with Tarot, and how it helps me connect to my intuition to make progress spiritually. For sometime, I've been looking for a community or mentor or just people who are into Tarot. Since I learnt Tarot by myself online, I'd appreciate having a circle that can guide me with their perspectives. Looking forward to this! Thank you!

Hi everyone - it’s really good to be here. I love tarot and have been ā€˜dabbling’ for a few years now (due to having a busy hectic life have never been able to devote enough time to learning properly) but since we have been in lockdown I have had some time on my hands and I have been able to really get back into it. I am not experienced in the slightest but am really willing to learn šŸ™‚ I don’t know anyone who is interested or knowledgable in tarot so am hoping to be able to make some friends on here and ask for some cheeky advice when I need it. At the moment I am learning by reading for myself every day with a daily spread and also reading the …

You can call me Xian. I wouldn't exactly say I'm a beginner, but I'm not at mastery level either. I'd say I'm pretty well at interpreting cards from an objective standpoint- when it comes to other people. I can dish out essays for other people with the use of three cards but when it comes to myself I'm always stumped, as I'm afraid of letting my emotions get in the way of receiving a true answer. I came to this forum so I could have more help regarding readings I do for myself, and to have people confirm my own interpretations of things so I know I'm telling myself the truth and not just what I want to hear.

Hello everyone, I am very pleased to have found this forum. To tell you a little about me, my name is Sarah, I'm 39 . I am a beginner and have felt pretty overwhelmed at times. I first found tarot many years ago when I was 15. However, I never really took it seriously. Fast forward to April 2020 and I felt drawn to tarot again. I brought myself the modern witch tarot and a few tarot books which is growing. I am loving my tarot journey so far, I am only starting to read tarot for myself and I hope a forum like this can help me to learn and grow on this wonderful journey. Sarah x

Hi! My name is Irene, I am 30 years old, Aries and I've been practicing Tarot since last summer. I got interested in it during the pandemic, then I saw too many TikTok videos and here we are šŸ™‚ I use Rider-Waite Tarot mainly and I have the Dark Wook Tarot deck that I use for myself only. What I love most about Tarot is that I can help people with it: when I do a reading (to practice), it feels me with a very warm energy as if I can really help. So yea, I take great interest in that. I also love the tiger eye crystal (my Leo rising is saying hi lol) but apart from Tarot and meditation, I don't do other stuff (though I might start). I had a hard time finding …

It's quite akward to write about me, but I was kindly advised to do so let's do it. My name is FabrĆcio and I'm from (like the title says) Brazil. I've been dabbling into divination since 1983, when I discovered Tarot (Marseille deck, to make things worse šŸ™‚). Not longer after, a RWS deck came to rescue me. Some years later, through Ralph Blum's book (I know, it's not the most advisable source), Runes came to my attention. I loved the direct, almost raw, way the stones could answer my questions. I was so excited about them, I even wrote a blog (in Portuguese, my mother tongue) about their meanings and ways of reading them. However, after studying more about the…

Hello to anyone reading this post! Just wanted to post something like an intro or something since I'm new here. I'm in the process of still editing my profile but I posted my collection and my wishlist. I'm not willing to part with anything I have just yet but you never know! My tarot journey started back in 2011 while in hs. Can't believe its been 10 years already! Never joined any forums but i figured why not start with a tarot forum, right? I'm also on twitter with the same handle. I post some tarot related content along with my other interests. Can't wait to rummage through here!

Hi all, So nice to find an active tarot forum out there! I first got into tarot 20 years ago, and read quite frequently in my teens and twenties. The last ten years or so I've mostly let it slide as I am an atheist, however I have kept a few favourite decks and books. Primarily I'm interested in the psychological aspects of tarot. I am hoping to explore the realm of tarot once again, preferably with a new deck. My current go to deck is the Osho Zen Tarot, which I understand is controversial. I like it because the images are so direct and easy to read. I still have a copy of the marvellous Inner Landscapes by Dolores Ashcrof…
