I have dabbled with Paganism/Wiccan-ism(?) my whole life but as I’ve gotten older I’m looking how to bring it into my daily life and my home.I am an avid tarot lover and tarot love has been in my family for a while, both Grandma’s read the cards and both my parents did too. My Mom has given me some lovely decks (Mermaid tarot by dame darcy and circo tarot by marisa de la pena).Astrology also plays a big part in my life and I do ‘rituals’ (a.k.a a bit of journaling) each full and new moon. I find the best way to learn is from other people, so I’m excited to start my browsing. http://www.paganforum.com/images/smilies/smile.png

I’m not sure if this a right place to introduce myself, please move me elsewhere if this a case. Tarot has been a part of my life over 20 years. I’m introvert. My gemini mercury and sun are in the 12th house and it has been a long process to find a voice of my own. Tarot and astrology have helped me enormously. I am awkward writing english, I hope I don’t be misunderstood and I apologize mistakes in my writing. Because of this I’m not going to be very active. But I read fluently. I have recently used and studied among others Julia Cuccia Watts Journey into Egypt Tarot and in the high priest card she aptly describes the way the christian religion o…

Hello everyone, I have been a watcher of Tarot for many years and have recently taken more interest in it. I am here with the desire to learn all I can and offer help where I am able. I am currently looking to find a good book that will help me along on this path and will look at the recommendations on this forum. Thanks! Current decks I picked up based solely on art alone are: The Wild Unknown Tarot Deck and Guidebook by Kim Krans Dark Mirror Oracle by Riccardo Minnetti The Black Tarot by Victoria Iva Yggdrasil: Norse Divination Cards by Haukur Halldorsson and G. Hauksdott

Hi, I've been learning and reading tarot for around 20yrs. Since aeclectic tarot closed several years ago I've wanted to find another form to just share my love of the system.

Hello Tarot Lovers! 🙃 I JUST joined this forum today and I'm so excited to be connecting with other tarot lovers. I've been using tarot cards to do readings for myself (very nonchalantly) for the last 10 years but recently decided to dive in deep to really understand the meanings and offer readings to my friends and family as well. I use RWS based decks; currently using The Everyday Witch and Modern Witch decks. I'd love to connect with other's who want to talk about the meanings of the cards, readings, spreads, history... basically anything tarot lol. Are there any zoom meetups in this community to learn and discuss tarot? Thanks f…

Hi everyone! Hope I’m doing this in the right place ? I’ve been reading cards with friends a little over 2 years. I enjoy tarot and oracle cards. My current favorite deck is Spirit Keepers Tarot by Benebell Wen. My current favorite oracle deck is Threads of Fate Lumen Edition. Just moved to Austin Texas and am looking forward to connecting with the Tarot community here.

I recently bought a deck over Christmas break that I love (the Modern Witch tarot deck by Lisa Sterle) and ever since i have been getting the same message from the cards. I can open the deck/let it fall open naturally and I receive the same cards. I’ll shuffle a bunch or come back to them the next day and it’s the same cards. I joined this forum to maybe get some feedback and other interpretations on what you guys may think about the situation. I know it is directly related to a situation I have been trying to heal from, but it’s very interesting. I would really love guidance and the ability to connect with others who read tarot. Maybe even as I improve help others with t…

Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a puzzle, game, and tech enthusiast. I've been fascinated with tarot and Oracle decks since I was a teen. I am most compelled by the inspiration and storytelling aspect of tarot and Oracle cards. I'm currently publishing a roleplaying game that uses a custom Oracle deck, for example. Does anyone have suggestions for good storytelling applications of tarot?

Hi everybody ! I'm so happy to be on this forum ! I'm french, 38 y.o, and there is no such forum in french ! 🙂 A word about me ? At the very beginning, i was just a role-play gamer ( I play only sorcerer btw ^^)... and i became a tarot reader those past years. I'm interested by magic things in real life, just for fun, spells and positive energy too, what way it takes... I'm also a tarot creator and currently creating my own pusblishing house, I have so much ideas to create, and I thought this is another way to have good opinions 🙂 Anyway, I'm glad to join, and again, thank you very much 😊 Have all a very nice day 😊🙏 Sebastien

I just started using forums, as I purchased my first tarot deck - Mystic Mondays by Grace Duong. I started doing tarot when my spouse and I were going through a rough patch, and it helped me obtain some guidance with the relationship and where we were headed. Right now, I'm trying to locate some spreads to find my missing engagement ring. It was in it's box on the 3rd, and as of the 4th of February, its been missing. I've tried the celtic spread, and a few others, but nothing seems to work. I'm here on this forum to understand how to read the deck, use the deck, and understand how it would apply to my life/future. Hope to be on …

I've been reading Tarots cards for maybe 20 years. My go-to for most of my early years was Osho Zen Tarot, which I found refreshingly intuitive. More recently, my usual preferred decks have been the Pagan Cats, Cat's eye, 78 Doors, and African American Tarot. I collect Tarot decks largely for the artwork, but have tried reading most of my decks at least once. I had never connected with the imagery in the Waite deck, but in learning more about Tarot history, I picked up the Universal Waite deck and promptly set it aside for months. After quarantine started (I'm a public health worker in New York - I've been stuck at home since last March), I experimented with w…

The notice on the page says I should introduce myself. Some of you might recognize the name from AT, occasionally I posted but mostly I just lurked and learned. I recognize a few of the names on here and I thought I had already joined Tarot, Tea & Me after AT had shuttered, but apparently not. It's good to see some of the familiar faces. Again, hello.

Hi all, I just joined the community! I started learning tarot several month ago and would like to exchange with people in order to learn more. I come from Luxembourg and know no one here in this field. Thanks all! blessings, love and light!

I just signed up today, and wanted to introduce myself. I think I am a tarot collector as of right now 120 decks tarot/ oracle/ and reading cards. I just haven't found the "one" yet. Or maybe it hasn't been made yet. Out of the ones I do have, my favorite is the kingdom within tarot. I have been interested in tarot for a long time but not serious until now (the last 2 years) . One thing I do feel I was missing was community. Which brought me here. Reading through some of the posts, I love the energy and the positivity.

Hi everyone!I was into tarot years ago but never moved from being just an apprentice. On my last birthday I got the Macmillan Alice in Wonderland deck so I am now interested in cartomancy.I'm a huge fan of Alice and anything Lewis Carroll, and as in the end the deck is a normal french deck, I thought I could use it for fortune-telling.So far I've learned that red cards are positive and black cards negative, and the element meanings attached to each suit.If you could recommend me a good book on cartomancy, and suggest some simpke three or five-cards spread I will be thankful.I'm glad I've found this forum!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and thought I would drop in! I'm an artist and designer but also a lover of the tarot and all forms of divination... I look forward to joining you and checking out these boards. I'm based in the UK. : )

I bought my first deck, Universal Waite, a few months ago, and I also have the Moonology Oracle deck and the Everyday Witch Tarot. I am a slow learner, often pulling just one card to meditate on for the day. I love looking at beautiful decks though, and I can see myself collecting at some point. I found the Aeclectic Tarot forum and enjoy what is there. I will probably read lots and post seldom, but I am looking forward to being here!

I'm 31 (32 in March), and have been reading and collecting tarot cards for a little over 5 years. Oracle for 4, and Lenormand for 3 (and runes for 17!). I really enjoy reading for myself and others, and range between intuitive and "book" reading depending on the deck--like, the Stolen Child Tarot I don't even think about the book or traditional meanings, whereas The Black Cats Tarot has me glued to the LWB. The rest tend to be in between. I've developed a nice little collection over the years, I think over 40 decks total? Luckily, there have only been three that I absolutely did not connect with. There are several deck projects that I want to make, though I have som…

Hello all! I’m happy to have found this place. I came across the Aeclectic Tarot forum and was saddened to find out it is no longer being maintained. I’m growing weary of Facebook tarot groups that consist of folks wanting to know if their twin flame will come back to them after the breakup. I’m looking forward to learning and reading and participating here! My pronouns are she/her, I’m a Virgo with Aquarius moon and Scorpio rising, and I’m the ultimate introvert. I’m forever learning and am currently obsessed with the Thoth tarot and Madam Clara’s 5-Cent Tarot. (My readings may be worth just that, and my opinions as well.) I’m looking forward to ge…

Hi everyone , I'm new here, although I've had this account for a while, but I never used it. I retrieved my password today and saw I made one post in 2019 (wow, time flies). I read tarot and sometimes Lenormand. I am looking forward to learning new things on here :)

Hi, I have just joined TT&M and am just starting to get back into tarot reading. I dabbled in it a bit several years ago, but have not had my cards out for such a long time!! Very much a beginner, I am looking forward to gaining insight on this forum and getting help with my readings to see if I am interpreting them correctly. It get so overwhelming trying to understand all the meanings of the cards and how they interact with each other, I am really happy to have found this forum :)

Hi I have an interest in collecting tarot sets but haven't actually learned to do readings yet! That will come in the future.. for now I continue searching for and finding beautiful decks.

Hello everyone. I have been working with the Tarot on and off for many years now. I read mostly for myself and occasionally for friends and family. I am part of a circle that meets regularly by Zoom and yet really missed the AT forum that I used to follow. I look forward to meeting all of you and diving in to the forum.

Hello everyone, Im from the UK and have always been fascinated by tarot and have had several packs forever sitting in a drawer but never learnt how to use them 🤦♀️ I also have several packs of Oracle cards but my absolute favorite is the Faeries Oracle! Finally decided it’s about time I start to learn how to use these cards.
