Hi there, everyone! I’m new to any kind of spiritual practices but I’ve taken an interest in tarot (and divination in general) looking for self-improvement and spiritual guidance in life. The only deck I currently have is from childhood and was used in only one reading for a friend in fifth grade. I don’t remember the details other than she cried, saying that it was true, and I confusedly consoled her afterwards. I’ve ordered the Rider-Waite Centennial deck to start learning tarot, as well as a fluorite pendulum and black bowl for water scrying. We’ll see what sticks. Divination is certainly fascinating. I’m shy so I may not interact often, but I look forward to …

Hello! My name is Victor. I work with Tarot 5 years. And a other part of my practice is Kundalini Reiki, Magic and other Energies. Now I would like learn the English language to make the card readings in English. And to understand better the english speaking videos about cards readings etc. Because that is a different view on cards of other peoples in other countries. Hope to enjoy the time here! Thanks for reading! :)

Hi there, my name is Mari! I used to be an on-and-off member of AT (yukinkoicy) whenever I was in a more stable mindset. My medicine and everything has finally been properly sorted out and I haven't had a relapse in many months (since January! :D) so I'm hoping I can be a more steady, long-term member here now! How is everyone?

    Started by Apollonia,

Hi Everybody, Apollonia here. I was an Aeclectic member for many years. The kind folks on that forum helped me to grow from a Tarot newbie to reading professionally, and I will always be grateful. I missed it so much when it shut down, it was like I had withdrawal pains. I’m so happy to see so many familiar names here, and I hope that pretty soon I will feel at home here too!

    Started by Pixie,

Hi! I'm Amber. I'm in my late 20s and have been "studying" Tarot for the past year and a half or so. I bought my first Tarot deck (RWS) around the age of 13 or 14 and then my second deck (Celtic Dragon Tarot) shortly after, but I never really connected with either deck at the time and I was unable to focus on learning and eventually lost the interest. Around the same time, I also got my first Oracle deck (Brian Froud's Faeries' Oracle) and I really, really connected with it but over the years I just sort of stopped practicing. Tarot has always been in the back of my mind as something I would still like to learn and about 2 years ago the desire came back stronger than ever…

    Started by Celice,

Hey everyone. I’ve been collecting tarot decks for about 12 years. I’m not sure how many decks I have but it is probably around 100, which I know either sounds really high or really low depending on how into collecting you are. For reading I usually just use my 1970s RWS but I love, love art and exploring how it can be expressed through tarot it is so fascinating comparing decks and having tiny pieces of art which is why collecting appeals to me. I try to cull my collection every once in a while otherwise I’m sure I’d have more there are so many beautiful decks out there now! So I spent a good decade around aeclectic off and on, mostly lurking but sometimes talking tarot.…

    Started by Shinsoo,

I'm Shinsoo. I am nearing 40 years old, and after suffering the dreaded "midlife crisis" I have recently found what my lover calls "The Itch I Want to Keep Scratching" The Itch? Tarot. I love looking at the cards, interpreting them, forming stories and of course, giving readings. I do not believe in paying for Tarot readings--nor charging for them, which makes me an interesting conundrum. :) I hope to learn and share a lot here.

Hello, I just stumbled across the forum, and am delighted to find such a thriving community here. I have been reading tarot for many years, mostly with a few Smith-Waite based decks. A few years ago, I got hooked on Tarot de Marseille and became a stalwart fan. In addition to TdM, I am a lover of historic and art tarots. Looking forward to learning from everyone!

    Started by Snowdropnz,

Hi guys, it's lovely to be here - I'm very new to the world of Tarot (2 weeks in). I had the calling at the end of 2017 to get in touch with my higher self and, through daily meditation and mindfulness, have been making good progress since the start of the year. A couple of weeks ago I had the urge to investigate and learn Tarot, which brings me to this point. Obviously as a complete newbie I'm enthusiastic but have a great deal to learn - and I'm hoping for some guidance with my card-a-day practice. For the last week I have drawn - Temperance twice, the Four of Wands; the King of Pentacles twice, the Four of Cups and The Emperor. I'm sure you would all have pi…

    Started by Mirath,

Hello all, I’m Mirath. So, a bit about me I guess. I’m 23, I live in the UK, and my hobbies range from video gaming and roleplaying to creative writing and fursuiting. I’m incredibly new to this, for a long time I struggled to come to terms with anything spiritual, but I believe that came from a long internal battle to figure myself out. I’m still not there but I’m a lot further along now, which I am grateful for. I got so sidetracked... Years back, as a smaller Mirath, I once looked into the idea of divination using a pendulum, and since that recently came back into light I started looking more into things. Which I expect led me here through a friend, out of my…

    Started by Annabelle,

Some of you may remember me from Aeclectic, where I was also known as Annabelle. Honestly, the lost of Aeclectic was so emotionally devastating for me that it's taken a long while for me to be ready to be active in any other forum. But I'm very glad to be here! My tarot collection continues to grow and is now over 900 decks. And my recent obsession is reading with Marseille style decks, especially the Noblet.
