The Maura Gaven Tarot arrived today!

 

oh @Amberjune, that's really lovely! How'd you come across this deck? I can't recall seeing it before, but maybe it's gotten some Instagram traction that i've missed? Seems like a perfect Insta deck lol.

@bookshop yes indeed I did find it through Instagram (in the stories of the wonderful Amanda Yates Garcia @oracleofla). Hadn't heard of it before either. Most cards have a person at the center, and I really like how the artist has interpreted the cards. There is a dancer quality to it.

 

In the last couple of weeks, I have received The Light Seer's Tarot, LXXXI - The Quareia Magicians Deck, The 5-Cent Tarot, and Green Glyphs Lenormand.

Aside from the Quareia deck, I haven't had much time to look at the decks yet, but straightaway I like what I see 🙂

Hey @KaiNO!  I was on your portfolio and wow do you have some gorgeous decks!  Your collection is amazing! ❤️ How do you like your 5 Cent tarot?  I LOVE it!!  I'm itching to use the deck soon!

Saddened to say I am pretty sure my 5 Cent Tarot got delivered to the wrong address or stolen, sigh. I need to go to the post office to fight about it but that rarely goes well. Not sure what to do, but maybe since there's a record of me backing the deck they can replace it?

I've just opened the 5-cent deck. I haven't looked into it much yet. But I look forward to starting using the deck. 🙂

But, a bit annoying that the extra cards did not have the same backside as the backside I chose for the deck. I do not know if this was communicated clearly, if so I failed to perceive this info 😧

 

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your deck yet, @bookshop. You have nothing to lose by contacting Madam Clara; then maybe you will be sent a new deck 👍

Contact Rick Motel, he was really easy to communicate with, he can verify the address and he might be able to track the package for you.

Yes I saw that on your pic and was wondering if you hadn't bought 2 decks, one with the green backs and another with the clearer backs.

My extra cards have the same backs than the other cards, the same backs than yours but without the green edges.

There is probably a tracking number on your package, I agree with Saturn Celeste. During this period there are also a lot of parcels, this can bring some delays, well I hope it's just that.

I'm patiently waiting for The Cat Land Oracle and The Whispering Tarot both from Joanna Nelson on Etsy. The Curious Chapiteau Lenormand Oracle and The Devil's Acre Penny Fortune Oracle from Meudwys Wood, also on Etsy.

I'm going out with a bang in 2019. 2020 is going to be a year of tarot study for me.

Yeah, the tracking number was how i knew it was supposedly delivered at all. It's been like a week, i kept hoping it was just delayed, but I just had a fruitless conversation with the post office. Sigh. Guess I have to contact the store.

My Whispering Spirits deck arrived today, I got an extra ten of cups. I've never had a deck with an accidental double before. I take it as a good omen.

It looks a great omen!

This happened to me only one time. It was for the Sibilla Originale (Il Meneghello); actually the extra card I received was the malinconia card (i.e. sadness) 🤪

Well, I really would have preferred another extra card!! But I still love this deck!

My last deck for 2019 will be the Great Russia Standard Playing Cards (Piatnik); not expensive but nowhere to be found currently in Europe, so it will come from Moscow this time, lol. It is in France since yesterday!

I got some new decks this last months, but I'm afraid I can't remember which ones!🙄
These are two of them anyway: "The Mystic Dreamer Tarot" by Heidi Darras och Barbara Moore.
"Cat Tarot" by Megan Lynn Kott and Julia Smillie.

The 5-cent Tarot arrived today to cap out the decade. 😍

My Grimaud TdM arrived. The box is a BEE-YOU-TI-FUL blue colour, but I haven't unwrapped the deck itself. It's so pristine and lovely, I can't bear to... Not yet, anyway.

Received the Spacious Tarot by Carrie Mallon and Annie Ruygt, and the Grounded Roots Intuitive Guidance Cards by Sam Black.

My Canes Arcanae deck arrived from the Kickstarter just before Christmas, but I only had the chance to sit down and open it today. I cannot stop giggling at the Devil as a yappy little Pomeranian with mischief and murder in his eyes.

Having a very bad new years period, and not even remotely close to how bad a lot of my countrymen have it. I splurged a bit.

 

Feeling the pull of nature and dark decks, given the state of my country at the moment.

Just learned that my Magical Dogs Tarot just arrived at the house today.  Cannot wait to get home and have some time to check it out!
