I love the way 'Caroline' sang this song on Vampire Diaries, so I'll link that one too. 

 

When I see the devil tarot card I instantly think about "Emperor's new clothes" from Panic! at the disco. The devil and the hunger for material things and pleasure, the domination, gains without thinking about consequences goes well with the lyrics. There's also a obsessive and addicted mindset. And he dresses kinda like the devil 😂

 

The queen of cups is one that passes me Yemoja (yoruba diety) vibes. But this is quite personal, because is a diety I work with and my first and favorite deck (tarot of the divine) has Yemoja in the illustration.

The songs would be my favorites related to this diety (they're in portuguese).

Posting Mountains of the Moon anyway. Death and the Moon are in it, and some Pents cards and Courts...it's FULL of cards. Hunter was familiar with Tarot, of course, but I don't think he was a reader. He just had a very poetic mind that tapped into a lot of the same themes.

I am not sure what the guidelines are, but for some reason the Knight of Wands reminds me of "You can be the boss" by Lana Del Ray. Just kind of sensual, haha

I think it could be a Mercury Tarot for sure, with all the marvelous fantasy world of our beloved Freddie 😍, so many facettes, he could be on each card !

I just pulled out the Wheel of Fortune and as I was looking up meanings (I'm new to this) I heard the Chevaliers de Sangreal in my head. It's the song that plays at the end of the Da Vinci Code, and one of my favourite pieces of music. I think I will always hear this music with this card. It may have just become my favourite card 💜
