Does anyone know what deck this is?

It's full of  famous people's art - but has been put together as a whole; all the borders are the same - and some are put together very differently from others. I tried an image search - and all I get are the original artists - even this one !!!! JUST comes up as Van Gogh and ignores the lady in the middle !

This won't help much but I played around with the image and found out where the statue came from:

The Anna-Seiler fountain is located in the Marktgasse in Bern and is one of the 16th-century fountains in the old town of Bern.

interesting. Looks like a personal project to me (or maybe group) - I recognize that paper texture background, very kind of early 2000s.  Found this - Tarot and Statue of Hans Gieng in Bern | Occult Tarot - Teaching Tarot Cards, Runes, Lenormand and Oracle Decks (tarothuyenbi.info)

I had a go with Google Lens, the mobile app version of the google image search and uses your camera to select the whole card or areas of it. I got beyond it just finding the great works of art from the images and I was sure it would pick up that border and card labels but nothing 🤷‍♂️. I think it's a personal or group project on some art site somewhere online.

Also in a practical way, it would be expensive to make this deck. Galleries and Museums have really upped their usage charges of images of their artwork and some now charge a fee for personal use as well as commercial! Only educational use tends to be free and then only by institutions. There is a campaign in the UK to get rid of the personal usage costs! To license all these classical and great artworks would be expensive in a mass market deck today I think.

BUT - if you scan from books and it's for significantly altered art work....

I still want to know what this is and where I found it....!

there's a lot in public domain.  Technically a verbatim copy can't be copyrighted if the work is out of copyright, as it's not an artwork,  it's just a mechanical copy.

So all I have is a screen print of the back of this deck.  Does anyone know what deck it is?

@RunningWild Looks like the image didn't load. (Or at least I can't see it--can anyone else?)

Oh you, of course that's it ! (My sample cards in my are Death and QoC, so.... But I KNEW I owned it ! SO much !)

Why am I not surprised?  Most people want to identify a deck so they can buy it, but you're of a different class than the rest of us.😄  Do I even want to ask how many decks you have?  I'm assuming if you actually have an index with sample cards, that's probably all the answer I need.  I will remember this if I ever wonder whether I should get a deck on the grounds that I'm not sure if I have too many though.

Odd, it was there last night, but okay, let me try this again.

Maybe editing the original will help.

I have them both on a wish list but I'm in no rush.  I just like the art.  The acquaintance I mentioned wants it for reading.

For the art they're definitely quite lovely. There was another, similar one I'm blanking on...some sort of oracle deck from MPC. Gorgeous art but not particularly functional for me.

@gregory has a constantly updated deck list on dropbox - https://www.dropbox.com/s/2kmff1gf69rdn6f/gregory's list.pdf?dl=0 (from her profile)

It's a pdf file and has a total number at the top 😉 Nearly at 3000!

And had to build an extra room and get more storage furniture (I remember seeing at least one photo on AT).

That's why I shy away from sharing my list of just under a hundred tarot decks.  Soooo intimidating.

But...

She's slowed down because of the cost of shipping and VAT.  🤣  It gives the rest of us a fighting chance.  LOL

I didn't exactly build a room, just took one over. But it has spilled out of there now and also my list is out of date.... Not dealing with that just now... NOW I have done !

Because I have far too much free time these days, I've been watching a lot of youtube videos, including the general readings for my sun sign.  One reader I frequently watch uses multiple decks and in this reading she showed a card that I think is the Queen of Cups but I've never seen that deck.  It appeals to my sense of humor, that one card and I wondered if anyone knew what deck it was?

The reader shows the card right around 13:23:

I tried to just screen shot it but it wouldn't work for me the way I wanted it to.
