I’ve been studying tarot by myself for awhile now, but thought it was time to connect with others and learn from them as well. Im still pretty new, but excited to learn and get new insights. I hope everyone has a wonderful day! 🙂

I'm new to tarot. I started reading and learning at the beginning of this year and have been practising mainly on myself. I still don't have the confidence to do readings for others. I'm really excited to have found this place and am looking forward to dive in and join this community.

Hello Tarot, Tea, & Me Community, I've been away for awhile and have been thinking of this space quite a lot over the summer months. This time I jumped in and became a subscriber. I've been connecting with tarot for several years now and am enjoying the journey more and more every day. I went all in buying so many decks. I took an 8 month long intro-to-tarot class getting together with others twice a week and, although by this time I'd already learned much of what we covered, it filled in some gaps, kept me accountable to learning, and gave me more confidence. I still buy decks unnecessarily, because it is fun and I love the art. I am learning each and every day …

I started tarot about a year ago and have a lot of curiosity about so much. My approach is fairly secular, believing in tarot's ability to show new ways to think about situations; hook Into the syncronicity of life, offer new challenges. In day to day use I like Visconti-Sforaza. My collection in general has grown very big. I prefer historical decks to modern decks. The history and variation is quite exciting.

Hi, I'm Alex Harry and have just joined. I am presently still learning a lot. Last year I went through a lot of personal madness and really my tarot cards were the only thing I could really turn to. I kept working with them and have found them to be one of the most supportive things in my life. I am so grateful for turning to them and learning about them. I am really looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully making a positive contribution myself. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I've been into tarot for about 8 years and always felt a bit of disappointment at the thought that I finally made an account on Aeclectic Tarot mere weeks before they shut down. I'm a secular tarot reader (and I find it interesting that I discovered that term about 15 minutes before discovering this site). My baseline beliefs about the nature or reality permit for all the supernatural stuff (I'm a pantheist) but that's not what I do with Tarot. Anyway I look forward to geeking out with y'all!

Hey, I'm Saynte! I have been getting back into tarot once again after an eight month break. I have been reading on and off since 2018 using the RWS deck. While I used to buy different looking decks, now I generally just buy clones of that one in various sizes and colouring. I'm excited to meet all of you!

I'm new to this forum but not to tarot. Lately I've had my interest reinvigorated by two sources- the Alleyman tarot and the community that's grown up around it, and the a growing interest in other oracles, especially making my own. I'm looking forward to interesting commentary on tarot as a whole and seeing new decks!

I can't believe I'm just now stumbling upon this forum! I was on Aeclectic for years and learned so much through those forums. When they shut down I was devastated; I searched for other forums and tried facebook groups but nothing ever felt the same. So heeeeey! I'm Kristin from Laguna Beach, California. I'm 38 and have been reading tarot since my teens. I remember hiding my very first deck because my parents were strict Christians and I didn't want to get in trouble. Can anybody else relate? 😬 Continued in comments because there's a 100 word limit?...

Namastizzle! Great to meet you guys! I'm new to the game, but it feels like all my endeavors ever now led me to the Tarot. I love how it brings together all the spiritual concepts in 78 archetypes. I'm looking to give Tarot a modern vibe - by simply being myself, I guess. But I let you be the judge... I'd love some feedback from you guys 🙂 Many thanks in advance!

Hi there, I'm new here! I'm pretty new to tarot too, I've started becoming more spiritual and intuitive recently and tarot suddenly became very appealing so I've been teaching myself. Looking forward to joining in with the forum!

Hi everyone! My name is Aurora Moone, and I absolutely love tarot and tea! My favorite deck is Legacy of the Divine, and my favorite tea is anything with either catnip or passion flower tea! I've been reading tarot for 22 years, and it's just such a fun way to easily connect to the little strands of ether that lead us down trails of knowledge! I'm excited to be around people that love this style of divination!

Thank you for welcoming me into the community! I'm also known as Jessi Huntenburg, and I'm a professional tarot reader and (in process!) deck creator. I've taught three courses at the Tarot Reader's Academy, and I've been passionate about the cards for nearly a decade. I'm here to answer questions and offer advice to new and seasoned readers alike. I'm also here to learn--studying the tarot is a lifelong pursuit, and I know that there's a wealth of knowledge and information in this space. Much love, and I look forward to hanging out here!
