Hi There! It's nice to find this group. After ATF closed I stopped reading for other people other than a few friends. I'm excited to reconnect and sharpen my skills again. ~Veritas

Hi everyone, I am very new to tarot, I started about 2 months ago but I am really connecting with it. that is something I didn't expect at all but I am very happy about it. I just found this forum because I was looking for a way to trade a tarot deck I bought last week that isn't what I expected it to be and isn't really working for me. But this seems like a great forum in general and I will definitely be sticking around here because it seems like a great source of information and I have a lot to learn :)

About me: I am a musician with a love of jazz music, and huge fan of the arts, specifically acting and improv. I am very new to tarot but have always been fascinated with playing cards and board games. My last obsession just so happened to be trick taking card games and little did I know that the tarot is not too far off, looks like there are a bunch of trump cards and a bunch of pip cards. I am quite excited to dive in and I hope to meet many awesome people but I dream to be in a small circle of friends one day that can talk about all this stuff that I find really interesting. If any of you know of any local meetups or groups that meet in person in the Pittsburgh…

Hello, I'm an artist from Austria and creator of a Tarotdeck I'm working alone but thought it can't be wrong to get to know more people who are interested in my main life's topic right now. I'm happy about feedback to the design and interpretations of my deck too. I found this page, because gregory mentioned my deck -thank you very much for that and happy to get to know some of you better š

Hi everyone, It has been on again off again with me and cards, even gave them away as mainly due to feeling guilty ( ex Sunday school teacher from way back.) This time though going with what feels right,it's never too late to learn, and not looking back. Love my new Akashic Tarot Cards, although very different, and old Daily Angel Oracle ones. Reiki Master 30 years, Mum of 5, grandmother of 8. Self Sufficient Gardener forever, and retired. Looking forward to "meeting" like minded people, which is what I really need.

Hello everyone! I am excited to be here and find this site. I am hoping to learn so much from everyone and help others as well. I feel Tarot is an on going learning experience as we can never learn everything Tarot has to offer. Itās information is endless! I have been practicing Tarot for about 5 years now and still feel like a baby with it. I have several books and 3 decks. I seem to always go back to my first deck as it is the only one I feel I truly connect with. I would love to find a deck I can connect with even more. That is one of my future goals.

Hello fellow tarot enthusiasts! I was happy to find this forum a few months ago as I was getting back into tarot. I was somewhat active on Aeclectic from about 2003-2011, then life and kids took over and I had a hiatus. Iāve never been a very prolific poster, but I enjoy reading and learning new things from other, wiser posters. At this point Iām dipping my toes in. Iām also hoping to revise my collection a bit so Iāll likely post in the trading section shortly. Glad to āmeetā you all on this rainy, dreary day in the Pacific Northwest!

Hello everyone! Iām so excited to join this forum and be a part of the TT&M community. I have been always drawn to Tarot and even when I abandoned the cards (many times) they always came back to me one way or another. I am joining the forum now because the cards reappeared in my life recently and this time I decided to stop ignoring the calling and follow their voice. So I have started reading more and more about cards (I was always dependent on some form of booklet) to develop more of an independence and confidence with my readings. Iāve started reading ā78 degrees of wisdomā which I should have read years ago, maybe I wouldnāt abandoned the card then …

Hi, I'm Jenett. I actually don't remember when I started reading Tarot, but it was sometime around 1995. I used to lurk around the AT forums (I can't remember if I ever posted), and I've been missing a place to have great Tarot-focused discussion. Besides Tarot, I'm a priestess and witch in a small initiatory religious witchcraft tradition. Under a pen name I write romance novels set in the 1920s with magic. For one of them, I ended up having to construct what that community would use for a Tarot deck which sent me back to reading a bunch of Tarot history and looking at older decks and symbology. I'd forgotten how fun that was!

Hi there. I'm Sarah, and I'm new-ish to Tarot. I say new-ish because I tried to learn this art form 20 years ago, but couldn't figure out how to get it to click. Recently, I've found some great books and video channels that have helped me wrap my head and heart around this incredible tool. I live in a rural area with a low population, so finding tarot study-buddies and friends is impossible without the internet. I look forward to discussing the intricacies of tarot history and divination with you. Thanks for having me as part of your community.

Hello! I'm Syd, I'm 20 years old and I've been studying tarot since I was 15. I recently decided to get more serious about my tarot practice including starting a blog dedicated to tarot, so I wanted to join these forums to learn more among a community of active learners. I'm currently using the Wild Unknown Tarot Deck for readings and both the Prisma Visions Tarot and the Gustav Klimt Tarot for ritual practices. I look forward to learning with all of you!!

Hi everyone, my name's Cheryl. I've been working with Tarot for almost 5 years, I read for myself and occasionally for a couple of members of my family. I've joined this forum to learn from others, get some alternative opinions on meanings and intuitive readings, get to know some like minded people and to try and gain enough confidence to read (for myself and others) without second guessing myself! Looking forward to getting to know you all & maybe picking your brains occasionally. ā„

Hello!! My name is Cynthia. I bought my first Deck when I was 15. I still have it. I'm a bit of a freak collector of tarot and Oracle decks. I'm stuck with quite a few I don't actively use. Haha. Hoping I'll connect with them. I love tarot. I love how deeply it helps my heart and spirit. It also really helps with my connection to spirit. Nice to meet you all!! šØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦ššØš¦š

Hi everyone As I said above I think itās time to introduce myself the last days have been pretty busy so I havenāt been able to write a longer text as my journey to and with Tarot is a long one in 2001 I came in touch with witchcraft/paganism and in the end of 2001 I joined a coven as a guest after three months they said I wasnāt taken on as a permanent member but I still stayed friends with some of them everybody in there was reading tarot it was like a kind of in thing you just did when you were in these kind of circles So I looked online what was available in Germany but a long time I didnāt find anything that I liked either the cards were to ā…

Some friendly folks have kindly directed me here, to properly introduce myself. Once upon a time I was Fulgour Prentice, which was a poor attempt at an elaborate pun. Fulgour (brilliant) Prentice (student) as in Sophomore, or Wise Fool. Much time has passed since then. I'm 67 years old now, surviving major surgery in 2016 which didn't quite take, so then another in 2017. My father, the greatest influence and truest friend in my life, passed away whilst I was in hospital for that second bit, and when last we spoke, on the phone, we laughed and casually shared each our news, though I was a hundred miles away. His passing was peaceful, and the hospital made it possible for m…

Greetings everyone! My name is Dayna and I got into tarot by seeing pick a card on YouTube and by practicing my intuition by purchasing my first deck the Universal Raider Waite deck to practice my readings. I strongly believe that you donāt have to go by the guide book just trust your intuition and try to study each image of each card and see what come to mind. Some times I look at the pretty decks to buy but I stop myself by still sticking to my first and only deck for I am still a learner and it would be overwhelming for me. I am glad to reach out in this forum for advice and different methods of readings especially during quarantine since social distancing and sta…
