Hello, I'm knew here. Love what I'm seeing so far and had to join. Been looking for a good community to talk about Tarot. ❤️ Been reading for a few years myself. More with Rider Waite-Smith style decks than anything. Thank you all for having me. 😀 Amber Sky

Hello, everyone! I am new here and very happy to be here :) I am delving into this wonderful world of tarot and I love it more and more every day ♥ I've been gifted a deck by my aunt who is a professional tarot reader and now I'm working my way to learning about them. I heard in a podcast that there are sites where you can give free written or email tarot readings, would anyone know where I can do that? It would be GREAT practice, because Not everyone around me wants tarot readings and I really want to progress. I feel that typing out the response to people's questions would be a fantastic way for me to get more experience and confidence. Thanks!! ♥♥

I’m new and I always thought I was quite technical and even worked on a technical helpline for 7 years, but for some reason I don’t seem able to navigate this site very well. I don’t seem to be able to find the forums. When I click on the drop down arrow by “forums” I only get 2 choices ? Yet when I start a thread I see that there are a lot to choose from ? Can anyone advise me please?

Hi, I can’t find anywhere else in the drop down arrow to introduce myself, so I’m here. I’m very new to tarot and a little bit addicted to buying decks ! I have the original Rider Waite deck and also The Gilded Tarot. On a daily card basis the tarot seems to be very accurate so far. I also have Doreen Virtue - Archangel Oracle Cards, which in a daily basis have also been very accurate. My problems stem on doing a bigger spread. I don’t seem to be able to equate the spread into the reason for the spread. Does anyone know if there are any online course that they would recommend or if that’s not allowed, perhaps could point me in the direction of some websites that migh…

Hi there I am Nicola. i started *trying* to read tarots about three months ago, and i was looking for a place to meet people with the same passion. As i see tarots, they are a sophisticated instrument to access the Self. I've read about Jung, his active imagination technique in particular, and i am trying to apply it to tarots. See you soon!

Happy to find my way here! As a way of introduction, still ‘card crazy’ after all these years! Decades of reading/studying, five recent years teaching beginning & intermediate tarot classes at the local adult school. Facilitate a monthly meet up. Enjoy being among like-minded card lovers & learners.

Thought I'd say hi. I'm returning to this forum after a break. A lot going on and wanted to learn, connect with others who love Tarot.

Hello all, I am quite new to tarot and similar cards. As a pre-teen, I was super interested in things that I guess one could label as "new age." My middle school library had a metaphysics section, and I often spent my library time reading about astral projection and other topics. However, as I got older, I began to think of these things as silly at best and the work of Satan at worst (mainly due to the influence of Christian friends). Slowly through my 20s, I abandoned my Christian faith and now find myself in somewhat of a spiritual wasteland. I have been trying to redevelop my spiritual side and I see tarot as a potential way to connect to the g…

Wait, so I managed to completely forget to post an introduction post?? That is so like me 😅 Well, better late than never I guess.... Hiya all, I'm Tysha, and I have a bit of an obsession with collecting tarot decks. I do read with them too, but only for myself. Despite buying my first tarot deck .... a long time ago (the Celtic Dragon Tarot for the curious), I only really used them in spellwork rather than using them as a tarot deck until last year. I discovered the tarot community on Instagram, who welcomed me with open arms (and encouraging comments and likes), and my mild interest in the cards somehow snowballed into a full-blown addiction! I lo…

Hello. I was really pleased to find this forum today since I'm coming back to learning the tarot after a very long fallow period. I expect I will be very quiet for the most part, but I look forward to learning from everyone. Thank you for the opportunity. 🙂

Hello! I'm Grace, and I've been reading my own tarot intermittently since I was a teenager. I've started reading more regularly over the last few years and am now reading in a non-profesional unpaid capacity for friends and the occasional friend of a friend. I am most comfortable with the Rider Waite Smith deck, however am looking forward to broadening my horizons soon. I also enjoy meditation, occasional shamanic practices and astrology (though I am very much the novice). If I could spend my days forest bathing, I would. I love being in nature, which has probably influenced my interest in herbalism, alas not my green thumb. Looking …

Hi! Doing the whole forum thing is kind of a new beast for me, but I'm excited to see what comes of it. I've been practicing Tarot off and on for about twenty years, and got more serious about my readings, my studies, and my path over the last year. Seeing the way the cards and their guidance (and insight, oi vey) has helped me transform my life has inspired me to begin offering readings, as well as handcrafted runes, murtis, and other things. I'm also actively seeking more community in my life, with people who 'speak the same language' of crystals and cards, magic and beauty. And to deepen my knowledge of Tarot, the cards, the spreads, and how th…

Hello, I’m Norik. I’ve been reading tarot for about three years now, mostly for myself. I actually learned on a deck of cards and only recently got an actual tarot deck (and then another two decks after that… you know how it is). I’ve even more recently committed to doing tarot readings every day to try to hone my intuition and expand my knowledge of the cards. I’d say I’m kind of a mix of intuitive reading and a more technical style. Since I learned on playing cards, I had to improvise somewhat when it came to card meanings, and I’m now working on building more comprehensive definitions from the foundations I’ve established. I'm looking forward to…

Hello, glad to have found this forum!! I got my first Tarot cards from my father when I was around 12 years old. They were the Mythic Tarot set. I have no idea why/how he came about these but let me tell you he thinks all this kind of thing is rubbish!! Over the years I looked at the tarot cards and was always frightened of them, especially the death card, I tried to read but couldn't as I was torn between the cards being bad etc. I have always been a spiritual person and thought that perhaps tarot wasnt for me and gave them to my cousin. Fast forward 30 years and I am being drawn back to them now. I no longer fear the cards and am trying to …

Hi Everyone After my rather explosive start the first time round I'm going to try again. I'm going to re-start my journal and put in an update. It's a little more sedate and less in your face this time. Best regards Death

Merry Meet and Hello! I'm just going to jump right into a lengthyish intro now to get it out of the way. 🙂 I've been doing tarot and other card readings primarily for myself with the occasional readings for others not long after my dive into Wicca about 20 years ago (nowadays, you'll hear me refer to myself as a Witch with heavy-Wiccan influence; the labels are not important, so call it as you will). For my entire adult life, I have been told numerous times--primarily by professional readers--that I have a natural inclination for doing what they're doing. But, as one such friend liked to point out, I had too much of a tendency of putting my carriages before my…

I've been interested in the tarot for years and have finally committed to some intensive study this year (hence joining a forum like this one). I've always been interested in the spiritual/intuitive/magical dimensions of this world and tarot seems like an excellent "language" to learn to be able to enhance communication with the quieter inner realms. Looking forward to the journey 🙂

Hello everyone. What to say about me? I'm French. I read tarot since more than ten years and I'm excited to see a community like this where we can exchange and talk about it. Even after ten years, I know we don't ever stop to learn. Hope everything goes well for you all.

Greetings to you all! I'm Morgan, I've been a tarot reader for years but I live in a small town and don't have many friends to talk about the tarot with. I look forward to reading the posts on this forum and enjoy hearing other people's perspectives and interpretations.. and hopefully I can progress further as a tarot reader
