Hello everyone! My name is Meghan and I'm new to tarot but have really been enjoying learning. I've felt a pull for the cards for a few years now and I do feel that the cards have led me in some beautiful ways and given me great perspective on life challenges. I'm looking forward to learning more from each of you and to getting to know some wonderful people.

I have been reading Tarot and oracle decks for 15yrs now. I'm here mainly for witchy chat and recommendations/discussions about decks. I'm an avid collector (that's the polite version for "addict" lol) and I'm always on the lookout for new decks. My personal favorite is the Tarot of Vampyres, which is notable for having an elaborate (and imo necessary) guidebook. I also love the Dreams of Gaia Tarot and the Sacred Rebels Oracle. I als like conceptual decks like the Osho Zen. My Mom actually just sordered me the Threads of Fate Oracle that is on preorder, which seems to be similarly concpt based. Although the prize of my collection is The Last Unicorn Tarot Kiickstarter ed…

Greetings everyone, A bit about my tarot journey: I stepped into the Haunted Bookshop in Arizona, circa 1991. A large and lovely store that managed a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, I simply began to wander and enjoy. Striding past the counter, I noticed a Thoth Tarot deck displayed in a case. On the cover was the Magus, a being levitating with tools of creation floating around him . It was as if nothing else in the room existed. I purchased without hesitation. Discovering the Tarot was akin to finding an old friend that did not need words, a hug or handshake. It ended up being a large, "greenie" version that I still have own. I us…

Hello everyone, Iβm new here but not new to tarot (whilst I do prefer other methods of divination) - I find the tarot quite interesting. You will find me in the forums - exchanging or rather giving out readings as a form of practice, itβs been a while for me. But I have noticed that my strongest areas are yes/no questions and precision with timing down to the day ; sometimes even the hour - according to past experience. Most if not all my knowledge/experience lies within the realms of Astrology. Amongst other things.

Hello there I am based in Budapest Hungary, but I was born in the UK. I used to do psychic fairs many moons ago, but teach English as my main day job, whilst taking part in the alternative Budapest art scene outside this I have created a pack, the Chalice Tarot Deck, it is available on Gamecrafter and I hope to find out how to have it I used in the library here? Please could someone tell me how to apply? Been working on an oracle too, though that is not really complete yet. Hope to be able to chat about a range of topics though

In this incarnation I am called Pamela Steele. Tarot found me in the late 70s and it has been my longest relationship with the exception of my siblings, grandchildren, and children. I work as a professional tarot reader, a deck creator, author, and when the mood strikes me, a massage therapist. Tp date I have created the Steele Wizard Tarot (released 2007), the Wizard's Pets Tarot-the ABCs (released 2014) and the Eternal Seeker Oracle, inspired by the tarot's major arcana, the release date TBA by Schiffer Publishing later this year or early 2021. I am passionate about my kids, grandkids, dragons, cats, and horses in no particular order. I read entirely too many scie…

Hi, I have dabbled with tarot for a little bit but never really got into things. I feel it is ready to learn and study tarot. Still deciding on a deck but I do have a few at home naming: The Goddess Tarot by Kriss Waldherr, The Book Of Shadows Tarot Volume 1 and Teal Swan Frequency Tarot. I do think I need a 'regular' deck to start of with but they don't appeal to me. Maybe some of the experienced tarot reader can give me some advice. Anyway, I am happy I found this forum so I can learn.

I am a practicing secular witch and I've been working on learning tarot for about a year. I primarily use the Tarot Draconis deck, though I also use the Raven Deck by Maggie Stiefvater - Any other Draconis users out there? Do you find that your deck has a bit of a snarky sense of humor at times?

I always put either too little or too much into an introduction...so forgive me in advance for either lol! Start off with a hello! My name is Mike, itβs truly a pleasure to be here! Iβm from the Northeast US, 28 yrs too old, and Iβm beyond glad to be here! Doing readings, researching, artwork...anything to do with tarot brings me a sh*t ton of joy! I started reading tarot back in like..2008 and only took a two year complete break from β16 to β18 from metaphysical things going on in my life...but idk if itβs cool to talk about that kind of stuff here (though maybe a lot of you have experience with that stuff as well)? Uhm...well, my tarot collection i…

So happy to be here! I've been reading on and off since I was in my late teens. I started with the RWS, and in spite of all my meandering through this deck and that deck, it's still my absolutely favorite deck. My best friend in the realm!

Hello all! I am excited to be here! I am a 29 year old tarot reader living in downtown Toronto, Canada. I picked up my first deck when I was about 9 or 10 years old and have been pretty attached ever since! Until the last year or so, I was doing readings for fun for myself and friends, however; this began to evolve into a more serious intuitive practice that I have integrated as a therapeutic and grounding aspect of the energy healing work that I do. I find that the tarot allows me to sift through messages from Spirit versus my own preconceived notions and allows me to achieve accurate and clear results for those who I am working with. I beli…

Hello all. I have always had an interest in the "super natural", although I never understood how something could be "greater than" the natural world. Presumably everything is natural, simply outside of our understanding. Super is only a perspective we place to that which we do not understand... and I have been having a super time with these cards. I am trying to learn temperance, like the cards keep telling me to. But it is hard from my current position as I can be quite the over sharer. They have also been telling me I need to find like mined people to grow with, so I guess here I am. Where better to look than from other people listening to their cards? LOL I had h…

I put down the tarot cards for a long while, and now I want to pick them up again. I have time. I guess many of us do. π With the cards this time, I most of all hope to explore how the cards can act as a catalyst to spark creativity. And I am interested in exploring a little fortune-telling, too. I look forward to chatting with you all. I look forward to learning and being inspired. I have lots of different decks I collected over the years that have been gathering dust from disuse. I recently took them out of storage. And are they beautiful! JennyPenny

Hello. I'm Jack. I'm 24 years old and very forgetful. Like, I totally forgot about this place until I acquired four more tarot decks (they're technically on their way to me but I consider them part of my collection already). I've been reading for about...hm...5-ish years? Started out with the Galaxy Tarot app before I got my first physical deck (Tarot of Pagan Cats mini deck). Along with that one, I have The Halloween Tarot. The ones coming are: Occult Tarot, Crow Tarot, Sinking Wasteland, and Neon Moon. I'm not saying this to be edgy but my make or break card is Death. If I don't like how the Death card looks, I have found that connecting to the rest of the deck is ei…

.... Hi everyone! I am Cristalline and I am 40 years old. Being interested in many kinds of divination, I started to study tarots since 2015 and found it was my perfect tool! I use tarots not only for divination but also for many other techniques, including interpreting dreams, meditation, for psychology, etc. I would like to have meaningful conversations here, sharing about this passion and makes new friends along this incredible path!

Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself. I started reading tarot about 8 years ago. I posted here and there on aeclectic when I first was starting. I'm now more of a collector than a reader but either way, I enjoy tarot cards. I have so many decks and plan to get way more. My favorite deck for personal readings is the Deviant Moon deck. I use the Halloween deck for other people's readings. My dream deck is the Victorian Romantic. Maybe someday if I'm a millionaire π Thanks for reading and looking forward to seeing you all around the forum!

Hi, I'm dalsegno (you can call me DS)! I made an account here just before 2019 began but never had a chance to post due to life taking up most of my time. Now that everything is on a temporary pause, I thought I'd dust off my account again. I began my Tarot journey in 2017, when a friend gifted me the RWS deck for my birthday (still my favorite deck). Been reading Tarot ever since and loving every step along the way. I've since collected some more RWS variations--mostly in size, I really do love this deck. Apart from Tarot, I'm an avid reader (French and Russian literature as well as philosophy are my main interests ^^), artist, and an aspiring architect (still studyin…

Hello there, my name is Theresa & just to explain my screen name is Be A Stargazer, but I do answer to Beast...lol. For a long time I have been interested in tarot but in the last year I have dived into it more fully. I have a few decks but the one I love is The Gilded Tarot, Ciro Marchetti. I am looking forward to participating in the forum & engaging with likeminded people.

I just joined up. So, about me. I have been reading tarot for about 25 years now, and even read professionally for a short time. There are a bunch of decks in my collection, but my main deck, and the one I read with professionally, is the Robin Wood deck. To be fair, I set my cards aside for a few years after my first Robin Wood deck was stolen. I owned a shop and someone lifted them from me. After I lost that deck I had a terrible time connecting to another. I even bought another Robin Wood deck but I couldn't connect to it. We seem to be making nice lately, and there's another deck I am starting to connect to as well that I've had forever, but I need to spe…

Hello, nice to meet you, and greetings from the North! I originally got interested in tarot in - maybe highschool? My first deck was an "introduction to tarot" set containing a small guidebook and a deck with woodcut-like images I bought in London back in the early '00s, but I never warmed up to that deck. Later I found a german-language RWS in a flea market, dabbled enthusiastically with it for years and even tried to paint a tarot deck of my own with watercolors (I think I got halfway through the majors), but eventually drifted off for several years - till about early 2019, when I found my old decks and resources that were better than my old books, somethin…

Dear all, I am very new to this website, but would like to learn. I have started the Lenormand deck, gypsy one on myself. I have been an avid dowser with the pendulum but non-commercially. I enjoy learning the mystical. I benefit most of it because I am learning and exploring about myself after a long period of a burn-out and collapse, I had to rise as a Phoenix. I've come closer to whom I am. I want to learn more about the tarot deck, Lenormand, and later other decks. And the meaning behind all of the cards. I am practising today and would love feedback. It is shocking to me that the cards seem to come …

I have always been very intuitive, but have found my voice in Tarot. I have shocking focus with scrambled thoughts so the cards help me tune in and anchor the message. With each reading and card study i have another epiphany that opens up so much more knowledge and guidance.

Hey Tea and Tarot people. Glad to join the group. My interest in tarot and oracle cards started with my sister. She would frequently ask to read my cards growing up. We've currently been working on a deck of our own and its been fun. This seems like a pleasant group and i'm happy to be a part of it. Hope you all have a wonderful day.
