Em hotep (in peace) everyone! I'm Khenne (pronounced like Ken, but breathier)! I'm a non-binary guy (they/them) who is joining you all! Little Fang is dear to me and talked myself and some of our friends into joining you all here. I've been dabbling in all kinds of divination for years, but have only really started to get Tarot in the last year or so. The Wild Unknown clicked with me when my previous decks did not. I am new to tarot reading but not new to spiritualism: My mum is Turkish/Kurdish and I grew up seeing her and her friends getting together for Turkish coffee readings and mum would read the cards if she felt like it, sometimes her friends had to beg her. She was really good at it but always said she wasn't..oh and she wasn't reading tarot cards, she was reading playing cards (the ones you play poker with). I have been interested in tarot for a long time and have been doing readings for myself and loved ones a short time. I think of tarot as a tool for introspection, for unearthing answers you already have, but have found it divinatory too, by accident more than anything. When doing readings for myself I get helpful and consistent messages, so consistent that I sometimes find them repetitive, which is fair. Hi everyone, I just found this forum *yay* after having done some search for one of my favorite decks (Shadowscapes Tarot). I'm a 'baby witch' and only discovered Tarot a few months ago (together with Oracle cards) but am already head over heels in love! <3 My collection quickly grew and I now try to learn Tarot & Oracle reading with all of them. After a turbulent year in where I got a divorce and finally moved into a new village where no one knows me and a new home I am able to get back to my spiritual journey. In the past I have done a course in Traditional Witchcraft and Herbalism. Now I am studying about Druids and Celtic spirituality and my fascination with Tarot.
