Found this on etsy. It's a RWS clone done in a 70s vibe and I just love it. Such a cool deck! It's apparently only printed in 100 copies so it will probably not be around for very long, I think. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/566407296/aquarius-tarot-psychedelic-hand-drawn?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=aquarian%20tarot&ref=sr_gallery-1-1

We all know that love readings will be always here to stay. I daresay that they have been performed during the very first times that the cards were used to divine human fortunes, and I have a feeling that as long as there are readers they will never go away. And - ahem - can anybody here say with absolute honesty that they have never used the cards to peek into their amatory prospects? ;) And now I'm curious. What decks do you personally use for relationship readings? Which ones have proven themselves very receptive to these kinds of questions, or at least provided an apt atmosphere for them? I don't even browse love spreads, but something about the chill, romantic air…

I know, I know, I said “oracle” and this is the Tarot section but I honestly don’t know where exactly to put this thread! This deck is labeled as an oracle but is essentially a majors deck with the addition of the aces, moon phases and the planets. I will totally understand if this gets moved somewhere else! I would love to know if anyone else has this and what they think of it. How do you use it? I originally bought it second hand not knowing much about it but was drawn in by the artwork. I love how each of the majors are assigned a god or goddess, like Baba Yaga with her mortar and pestle for the Chariot or the Norns as the Wheel of Fortune. I’ve found it to be…

This one is easy for me. It's the Morgan Greer pocket in a tin (which I prefer to the larger size). I have no other pocket tarot decks, NOT because there aren't a lot of beauties out there, there certainly are, but.... The Morgan Greer is more, literally, in your face images. The images on the pocket are larger than on some regular tarot decks. Easy to see for both reader and querent. While the Morgan Greer isn't my favorite overall tarot deck, I do like the bright colors, querents seem to like it, it is easy to carry around because it's small and in a tin. So, anyone else have a fav (TAROT ONLY PLS) pocket deck or dec…

I commented this over on the new Majestic Earth Tarot kickstarter thread, but felt I should start a new thread to spread the good news. :) A number of us were lamenting missing out on J.D. Hildegard Hinkel's Tarot of Delphi, and I found this on her website today: http://www.tarotofdelphi.com/ "The deck is out of print, but I do plan to print a second edition in 2019 or 2020. Join the mailing list here for updates. In the meantime, I’ll be working on companion book and posting excerpts on this blog." Really looking forward to this, as I have been kicking myself for missing out on it before. If this comes out in 2019, wow, it's going to be a pretty epic year…

Hello! I am curious about what your favourite kind of decks are? I collect different kinds but i feel like the standard tarot decks size is too big for me. I like the playing card size better. My most used deck is the original Raider Waite deck that comes in a tin (celestial edition). I have also seen round cards, heart shaped tarot decks, star-shaped and squares. The oracle cards are usually more square like (wider) but i don't use them so much so i dint have any opinions on those. Have you seen something else? Please tell! /F ❤️

I have affection and appreciation for P.C. "pixie" Smith; the lovely picture of her included in the Centennial deck box is framed in my reading room. With that said, however, I never have up to this point been fond of the RWS deck art. Tried to use it many times, always ephemeral attempts due to disinterest. The Thoth was my first deck, an immediate attraction that remains to this day. Yet I've always been a bit fascinated by the incredible contribution Smith made toward the evolution and understanding of the tarot system. I've been listening to 78 Degrees of Wisdom on the way to work, and have been pretty captivated by the background. …

Some weeks ago I finally got Joie de Vivre, which had been on my wishlist since I started getting more into tarot about 4 years ago. I love it so much! So I wondered how does it compare to the Pauline Tarot, by the same artist? It's also on my wishlist and I'm thinking of getting it eventually. I've read the Paulina is busier than the Joie, more details in the artwork etc. Those of you who have both, what do you think?

I know I'm not the only one with a list of deck-statuses to check in on, or who keeps a close eye on artists working on fabulous projects. So if this hasn't been done yet - what WiP decks are you most excited about? Besides the True Black, I can't wait to see the finished versions of Yoshi Yoshitani's Fairytale Tarot, the Lubanko, and Sam Guay's Blood Moon deck. And I'm already coveting Paulina Cassidy's Phantasma Tarot, though as far as I can tell there's been almost no information about it. Who cares: it's Paulina Cassidy! Of course I must have it! Noa Ikeda's deck looks like it's going to be stunning, too - and while I'm not that sold on the art style, I'll probably…

This is a deck new to me, like the Zillich is. It's a really lovely little deck with its muted colors and wildlife, white sage, and---cougars! I love cougars. This deck uses cougars as the Page, King and Queen of Swords. The King is a leopard for some reason. I haven't read the booklet yet so maybe there's a reason she's given. River otters are the Courts of the suit of Cups, Wands are Pussywillows, Swords are----swords. lol Pentacles are elephants. The Wands courts are raptors. The pips are partially illustrated but beautifully done. The first card I saw is the Fool and it looks like a baby coyote to me which is extremely appropriate to my concept of the Fool. …

Who has it and what do you think of it? Does it say where it was made? Reason I'm asking is there are a TON of these decks on eBay for around $10. From China. Anyone have one that was purchased fm one of these sellers? (no judgement here) and is the card quality any different than what you expected? I'm not sure where Lo Scarabeo produces their decks currently. Any kind thoughts will be appreciated. I don't like buying fm Amazon, but I do like a good deal. I'm good w pre-owned decks too! Thank you members and guests.

Misterei mentioned in the pet companions thread about another cat deck. I have never found a cat deck I really wanted to read with. Some GORGEOUS cat decks out there, but as I am a reader, not a collector, it has presented a dilemma for me. I follow RWS decks, so it has to be an easily readable, as in each card CLEARLY what it should symbolize, without having it too distracting with cats (love those cats!). I hope if independent or large deck publishers are reading threads here, more cat decks will be forthcoming. For those of you deck designers in here, it would be so wonderful to have some of you think of designing a cat deck. AGAIN, no dis…

I got it a couple of months ago, and I am completely in love with the art. I've owned many other decks but I've not always resonated with them. This one was amazing. I dont have a very good camera so I am going to link to a youtube video I found so you ppl can see the cards. The colors are much more alive than what you can see in the video.
