Hi guys! So now that the TotSD is oop, the deck's creator, Egypt Urnash (aka Margaret Trauth) is considering pushing for a second printing or arranging a Kickstarter to do it herself. http://egypt.urnash.com/tarot/ As someone who adores this deck beyond reason, I urge everyone who's interested in seeing a new edition happen to send her an email saying so! (She asks for people to do that on her site, so it's not being pushy to send a message!) Obviously the more people that express an interest, the more likely it is to happen - and let's be honest, this deck NEEDS a new edition with cardstock and a card size that's actually worthy of it!

Is any one of you working with or have been working with the Tarot Lenormand? What is your general opinion about it? http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/tarot-lenormand/ It's my deck for the year and I must say that it's a deck that I have to struggle with. The pictures are very simple and some of them don't make any sense at all! :))

Halloween is coming, so this question is very apt. What dark Tarot deck/s appeal to you the most? Which are your go-to's, which ones do you use in rituals, shadow work, path-working, etc.? My dark & gothic sub-collection is quite sizable, but my absolute favorite is the Barbara Walker. I have had it for more than four months, but my passion for it has barely abated until now. Something about its menacing 70's aesthetic lends it a delicious creepiness that has to be experienced to be believed, and the legends, myths, and gods it depicts are endlessly fascinating. I highly recommend its companion book, although it has to be taken with a grain of salt because some …

Hello fellow Tarot lovers! I would love your input on the following matter. I am looking to add a new deck to my modest collection of decks. The decks I purchase are those I usually intend to use ( I don't want decks just to say I have them- unless I find that I don't connect to it once it arrives- something that happened with the illuminati deck which I ended up gifting to a friend) Also, I don't like religious symbolism and prefer the more pagan or nature oriented symbols. Another thing, I like cards with details to spark my imagination and intuition- That is why I can't ( as of now) use the Wild Unknown Tarot- even though many love it- to me it doesn't gi…

Hi guys I hope your all well, i was doing a spread about what he wants to say to me if he were to say something to me. I had pulled The fool, The tower and the 3 of pentacles and I wanted to hear what others think and how they’d go about interpreting it. Here’s some backstory. There was a third party who he was well aware of that I didn’t like and I’m assuming he knew she didn’t like me either. It seems as if they’ve moved into calmer waters as of now. LMK what u think

Does anyone own this deck published by Juego? I think I'm in love but am longing to see more of the cards but can't find anything out about this deck anywhere!

https://shop.micahulrich.com/product/the-flux-arcana-the-complete-deck So the full deck isn't out yet but he's made the Major Arcana for sale and it looks pretty fetching. https://shop.micahulrich.com/product/the-flux-arcana-the-major-arcana What do we think? I'm a sucker for black-and-white illustrated decks but I'm torn on this. It's attractive, but IDK that it's thematically interesting? I think I'd want to see the whole 78 cards before deciding whether to buy it.

Hello everyone, I just saw the Nightmare Before Christmas tarot and am wondering if anyone has this deck? If so, is it a dream to read with it? Or not so much. Are the cards sturdy or low quality? Have you guys done any reading with it? I love the movie and the cards looks interesting, but not 100% sure about it. So what are your thoughts about this deck?

So I just discovered that this was due for release in September (at Star Trek conventions) but the pandemic threw a spanner in the works. Woohoo! - can't wait! Fingers crossed. https://www.telekiad.com/shop/p/star-trek-tarot There was an unpublished one, hand drawn: http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/star-trek/ And otherwise I read that it was difficult to get copywrite permission for one at the time.

I know that I've often waxed poetic (and furiously hyperbolic) about decks that have captured my interest, but I was not quite prepared when I chanced upon the Renaissance Tarot by Brian Williams. The very first time I saw its warm, sensuous, classical images I felt my heart drop and yes, it was love at first sight. It was so coolly gorgeous, so beautiful and flawless that my mouth hung fairly agape as I perused each and every card. I have fallen utterly, hopelessly under its spell, and yet I somehow relish its chains. And is what they said about the gold true? This really is love, isn't it?

Apologies to the mods if I haven't posted this in the right section! Does anyone happen to have the book that Uusi produced to go alongside the Pagan Otherworlds deck? (I received the deck as a present, without the book.) A little while ago I did a reading with the PO and drew the Knight of Cups for a specific position, the message still hasn't quite solidified for me despite mulling it over for some time. At the time of the reading I was drawn to a particular aspect of the card, the fact that the Knight has bells strapped to his back. Today I took my daughter to a children's museum that has an area displaying items from cultures aroun…

Is anybody familiar with the Fantasy Creatures Tarot? That deck has utterly smitten me but information regarding it is rather scarce. All I know is that it was created by the Russian artist Vera Petruk AKA Samiramay. It pops up in many stock photo websites, but I don't know if it has been released as an actual physical deck like her Old Memories Tarot. While I do enjoy the art, it is the attribution of monsters/deities/fantastical creatures to each Tarot card that makes the deck so awesome for me. I'm going to post some (watermarked) images so that you'd have an idea.

After a few years of selling old artist copies bundled with the book She is Waiting in the Night, Metonymy Press is helping Ruth West reprint the original 1984 deck. They already have preorders up on their site (again bundled with the book—we’ll see if they’ll sell it by itself for those of us who’d like an extra copy or already bought the book) and Beth over at Little Red Tarot has already stated she’ll stock them in her store for UK folks. https://metonymypress.com/product/she-is-sitting-in-the-night-theas-tarot-deck/ Estimated release date is this Fall 2018.

The independently published Mesquite Tarot is now being retired. Beth at Little Red Tarot has a few copies left. https://littleredtarot.com/product/mesquite-tarot/ I have this deck. It is quite simplistic or perhaps even minimalistic in its design, but all the vital elements are there and I feel that it is quite easy to comprehend. The guidebook is excellent. I think I have gotten more use out of the guidebook than the actual deck but I plan on working more with this deck next year to give it a proper chance.

I believe I saw, here, pictures of a Tarot deck that is either in pre-production, not yet completed, about to be released or already in the market (but not mainstream). For the life of me I cannot remember its name. I do remember that it had completely modern images of people doing ordinary, mundane, every day things like going to the beach. It's the not The Every Day Enchantment Tarot by Poppy. Neither is it her other deck. It's a totally 21st Century portrayal and not remembering what it is, is driving me crazy. Can anyone help?

This is a feminist deck that was first printed in 1984. It became a classic and it is now made available again. Little Red Tarot has it up for pre-order with expected shipping in january: https://littleredtarot.com/product/theas-tarot/

Is there such a deck? I keep envisioning the Major Arcana as one big painting following the path of the Fool. Am looking for a deck if you lay out all the MA cards on a table in, let's say, three or four rows, they will form one big picture in front of you. Just curious!

Hi everyone. Just wanted to know if anyone has ever had an experience like this. A couple years ago, I came across the Dark Grimoire Tarot. I liked the artwork on the box, so I said "ok, I'll give it a try". When I got it home and went through the deck, it made me so uneasy that I had to put it away for a couple of days before I could even look at it again, Around that time, I started having a bit of bad luck (nothing life changing, just minor annoyances). While I can't attribute it to the deck itself, I wonder if my negative feelings toward it ( and my anger at myself for wasting 25 bucks) caused more negativity to gather around me. Ultimately, I ended up throwing t…

Hi All! I just wanted to let you all know about my deck that's almost fully funded on kickstarter in it's first week. I've been working on this for the past year, and I'm so excited that it's so close to being out in the real world. It would mean so much to me if you could check it out!

Just saw this new deck announcement on Mickie Mueller's Facebook. I guess this is one step to balance all the cat decks out there! The below is all quoted from Mickie's page: Release the hounds! Announcing a new tarot deck "Magical Dogs Tarot" from Llewellyn Worldwide! This is the concept behind the sneak peeks of that new deck that Dan and I partnered on. Watch for this deck featuring a pack of arcane canines coming to book stores September of 2018! “There is a special bond between man and canine that stretches back far into pre-history. When you gaze into the eyes of a dog you awaken echoes of this primordial union. When wolves and man first befriended each othe…

Hello! I recently split from someone two weeks ago. I felt like I was not getting what I need in the connection and so I left after something that hurt my feelings occurred. I was wondering so much about reconciliation so I got three different readings over the course of this two/three week period in order

I recently got a Lo Scarabeo Anima Antiqua deck that I was excited to use, but a little information insert says that it has "not been treated with chemical varnish, so may not be suitable for shuffling." What does this mean? Can I never shuffle my new deck without fear of damage?! This is the only information I've found, which did not prove helpful: https://www.cultoftarotforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=813
