Coming this September 2018 from Lo Scarabeo, the Fairy Oracle: http://www.bgkorea.com/tarot/15-Fairy-Oracle-출간예약.jpg[/img] The art in the cover is by Arthur Rackham from A Midsummer Night's Dream. I'm not sure about the images in the cards, tho they look faithful to his style.

So it seems that the Original Wychwood Oracle is available again on Etsy. I quite like this type of Oracle and I very much appreciate that it ships from the UK so postage is much more humane for us living outside of the states. So yes I ordered a copy! When I bought mine there were 39 left but now it’s only 26 left so I don’t think they will last very long. In case anyone is interested :)

I have the standard edition of the Santa Muerte Tarot by Fabio Listrani and I love it to bits. I even bought a Dia de los Muertos Playing Cards deck to be its companion lol. So imagine my surprise when I was just traipsing along and I came across this: http://www.llewellyn.com/product.php?ean=9780738759906 OMG IS THIS FOR REAL?!? <3

Here is a Canadian indie deck that looks quite lovely. The site is currently in French only but the deck and info is in English and French. The creator says there are only 13 copies left, so act fast if you want one! https://www.coachingblanc.com/product-page/warwick-oracle

I came across this oracle on one of my visits to ChaptersIndigo: The Power of Surrender Cardsby Judith Orloff. I've read her book and was glad to find cards that address the idea of letting go. Sometimes in life, there is nothing else that we can do but let go; surrender to the universe and to the unfolding of our destiny. I find these cards and their messages uplifting. It is not an oracle in the usual sense, since one cannot read with it through layouts, but they may assist us when we feel stuck or unsure. Today, for example, I pulled this one after asking for guidance: . It is self-explanatory, but empowering nonetheless and exactly what I needed …

Which Oracle card are you? Which fits you the best? You can choose more than one. Imagine this is your "calling card" and that, through your choice, you are introducing yourself at another social gathering than the Tarot one... I'm really curious to meet you all in this guise. <3

To those of us who enjoy their spirits, there is the Tarot of Cocktails! From the SITE: Tarot of Cocktails is a 30-card drink recipe deck. Each card features a tarot-themed illustration on one side and a craft cocktail recipe on the other. The deck comes with a companion booklet featuring home bartending basics, tips & tricks for each recipe and a place to take notes. *Although inspired by the beauty of tarot, the cards are designed for delicious drinks, not divination.

I'd like to get an oracle deck for a friend, but the ones I'm seeing around (LoS, Blue Angel, etc.) aren't inspiring me. Are there any indie oracle decks that you absolutely love? She's a very down to earth person, and she's not very comfortable with dark or gothic imagery. I've never searched for indie decks before but I imagine Etsy is the place to go?

I always have the feeling that I don't have enough oracles compared to the number of tarots I have, but, when I think, about it, I do have some, especially one of the most wondrous (for me) oracles ever created, apart from Froud's Faeries, the TAO Oracle. Who else loves this oracle and uses it a lot?

Today I bought one of the most beautiful oracles I have ever seen - The Rumi Oracle. The accompanying book offers both words from Rumi and then Alan Fairchild's own writing with a sacred honouring ritual at the end of every card.

This offering from Schiffer caught my attention because it was created by Marco Marini and Luigi Scapini! This erudite duo also collaborated on the Kabbalistic Visions Tarot, also published by Schiffer. I had that one, and it was a tour-de-force of esoteric knowledge and Scapini's signature jeweled, dreamily surreal art. This is different tho, in that the images are not as lavish as in his other works. Also, it seems like this is a big book with cards that you would have to detach before you can use them. Does anybody have a copy of this?

Say that fast ten times! ;) Seriously though - I came across this on Etsy and my goodness, it looks beautiful! I especially love that some cards are white and others black - it would add another element to readings I think (yin/yang energy). Don't suppose anyone already has it? (Looking at you EmpyreanKnight[/member] gregory[/member] ;)) If so, what do you think? Is it worth getting? Image should click through to the listing, if I've done this right:

It seems like the Reading with Oracles Circle exchanges were a hit, so I guess you guys do like your oracles. :P So yeah, what decks do you find yourself using the most? Which among your collection are your favorites? I don't really use oracles that much. I only used one in the current exchange, and I must say that I liked reading with it a lot. I'd really like to explore them more. I also noticed that oracles are not that well-represented in my collection, so I guess I can also get some ideas from your answers. :)

Coming this May 2018 under the Destiny Books imprint of celebrated publishing house Simon and Schuster - The Sibyls Oraculum: Oracle of the Black Doves of Africa. It is written by Tayannah Lee McQuillar and features evocative mosaic art from Katelan V. Foisy. From the official description: The Oracle of the Black Doves is a system of divination inspired by the Libyan Sibyls, the African prophetesses of the classical world. According to the Greek Historian Herodotus, two black doves flew away from the city of Waset (Thebes) and established the Siwa Oasis oracle in Libya and the first oracle in Greece at Dodona. These powerful Sibyls were consulted by all levels of G…

Surprisingly, for a deck that's about to be released by a major Tarot House like US Games, there's very scant information on this oracle. All I got is this write up: Imaginative images create a sumptuous world of charming surprises. It will also have 52 cards and a 44-page guidebook so it's most probably deck-only. This is the artwork used in the deck's box: https://ih0.redbubble.net/image.298586338.9889/flat,1000x1000,075,f.u3.jpg[/img] Her art looks like a cross between the Pagan Otherworlds and the Nicoletta Ceccoli. I've fallen in love with it!
