I'm looking to try out an oracle deck. Which ones are you guys favorite?

I was at a Mind, Body and Spirit convention today. While walking around looking at the various offers of crystals, healing and other stuff. I found a stand who had various cards and such. I started to look at the Oracle decks, and since I had browsed most of them online earlier, I quickly identified some that I had considered potential buys if I ever got around to Oracles. This deck just came into my possession and I’m really loving it. There are 50 cards and they feel fairly balanced (not all “light and bright” themes). The deck is small and the cardstock is the excellent. This artwork was created by an intuitive artist called Heather Hoeps. I bought it via her Etsy site: https://www.etsy.com/se-en/listing/649255593/inner-compass-mini-50-card-oracle-deck?ref=shop_home_active_1&crt=1 (She’s located in Germany.) The only thing I will say is that the box slips open very easily so I might use the bag that came with this deck instead, to not accidentally drop the cards.

Dana O'Driscoll, druid and creator of the Tarot of Trees, has a new deck forthcoming, the Plant Spirit Oracle. The deck is currently available for pre-order through Indiegogo, with an estimated shipping date of next February.

Can you recommend a really straight to the point oracle deck with blunt messages like the hideous pink Angel cards by Doreen Virtue, but not so hideous? Lol I realise aesthetic is subjective, but I like art cards. Not into angel or animal cards. I'm curious about different kinds of oracle cards at the moment.

I'm hunting for a good Oracle deck that would pair nicely with the Wild Wood Tarot. I always like putting my tarot decks in with a complementary Oracle kind of to give that "hug" at the end of a reading.

Pardon me for my newbie question, but what is the differences between tarot AND oracles? I am new to the world of oracles. How do one read an oracle?

I wanted this gorgeous deck pretty badly when it first came out, but the price was out of my budget. Hi, I've just started getting into oracle decks and wanted to get an idea of how they're read. I came across this video and was able to find the other decks, but for the life of me, couldn't identify the left most one. It seems simplistic but very 'canny'. I came across the Threads of Fate Oracle Cards on Etsy and they intrigued me. I was wondering if anyone has this deck and what their thoughts are about it. I'm on the fence about whether I should buy this deck or the Roots & Wings Oracle Deck which is also available on Etsy.

I'm generally not too impressed by oracle decks (although part of the problem is that I'm not excited about having to learn an entirely new system of interpretation with each one). I'd like to ask you, if you use any oracle deck for inner child work or what oracle deck is speeking deeply to the inner child of you? I'm in search of a lovely oracle deck especially for that and would be grateful to get some inspiration.

Holly DeFount, also creator of The Incidental Tarot, has a 5th edition of her deck A Curious Oracle coming out in August. There are two versions currently available for pre-order, a regular new edition and a gold foil edition. I've always liked this deck and am thinking of preordering the regular edition. I love the idea of gold foil, and I'm sure it's well worth it, but I think I'm priced out of that one. Anyone here have other editions of this deck and would like to share their thoughts?

ORACLE 48 These are a few images of the Oracle I put together using the available resources I had on hand. It should be delivered within the next few weeks or so. Some of these (like the fave one) took a few hours to do for each as it all came down to lining it up right and choosing the right material. Am hoping it will be a workable deck rather than another door stopper. A) One of my favourite cards plus the back B) That image by itself. C) A timing card - 3 Months. It possibly has other meanings as well when used in a general way. DND
