Darla Hallmark's Tarot. Known as the Hallmark Tarot - it was once called the Friendly Tarot, but there was some kind of dispute with the publisher..... It's a full deck.

I used Google lens which uses your phone camera to reverse image search and got no further than gregory. I can only find it on those websites 😔

 

I also searched those deck names and cannot find anything. Wetter in Italian and German means Weather (I think) so you get a lot of weather sites 🤣 ☔⛈️. I totally want someone to make a weather tarot, we need it in Britain! 

 

Anyway I got nowhere with finding the mystery card

I'm about positive it's a POD deck (or a bootleg), since there's no copyright mark in the margin. Nothing on MPC or TGC, but I didn't think to try Printer Studio. I shall dig through them now!
