It was a 2 day Flash Sale on the *8th and 9th of March for International Women;s Day.  Sorry bout the shipping to everywhere else.

 

Oh - my deck was on sale all right, but....

I just received a deluge of Deviant Moon Inc. stuff, including Mildred Payne’s Secret Oracle, Oracle of Black Enchantment, and the Abandoned Oracle. Still expecting a few more goodies from him - The Trionfi Della Luna Tarot and the Garden of Lucid Daydreams. Definitely a shopping spree, but no regrets - I’m getting so much out of his work.

Today the postman brought me The Shaded Tarot, it's another one by Beth Seilonen...

I just picked up the Tarot of the Spirit deck delivered on my door mat early this morning. This deck is about to become my favorite tarot deck, and it seems to be getting harder to get hold of so this is a second copy for me to have in reserve.

 

I'm waiting for The Enchanted Förhäxa Tarot! In appearance this deck is pretty far away from my normal preferences, but there is something enticing about it. And, diversity is good.

 

Otherwise, I have given postman something extra to do lately when he has delivered me: Surrealist Tarot , Vox Arcana Tarot , Pixie's Astounding Lenormand and the Old Style Lenormand.

Interesting. That deck has some major issues - I'll be interested to hear what you think....

Today I got the "Mops Tarot" the German Version is easily available on amazon. There is an English edition (Pug Tarot) currently on kickstarter .

I ordered the SEAMS Tarot. $23 shipping, le ouch! But should be here around the same time as my Tarot Kiều, so that'll be a nice pair.

I preordered a bunch (that's 5) decks on the Llewellyn site.  Their sales and coupons are dangerous!  To my collection list, that is, now at a total of 315 decks.  (This was with a 35% off coupon for the equinox.)

Cloisters Playing Cards Flemish Hunting Deck (c. 1475-1480), the cards are oval, and the suits are collars, tethers, nooses, and horns.

Baraja Española, Spanish cards.  I thought since I'm buying "Italian Fortune Cards," I might as well add these Italian-suited playing cards, too!

Lotería cards.  And since I'm adding the Spanish cards, these need to be on the list too!  As a sibilla, I guess.

These might be coming soon to a deck of the week near you!

I spent a full ten days refusing to look at my email so imagine my surprise to find a notice that my Victorian Romantic had finally arrived!  I'll be up bright and early in the morning.

 

I also got a jury summons but pfffffffttt.........

It was also me 😊. I found it was the UK seller of the deck via google! I signed up the mailing list and they said this week it was back in stock. I am weighing up if I might get a Caro as well, I love a deck with a lot of colour ❤️

Well, I did it. THANK you ! (I did look in the massive shop I went to in Paris but they didn't have one. I don't know why they didn't - this is just PART of what they have there... I looked VERY hard....) Mind you, I had intended NOT to go there; it used to be way off the beaten track, so that was easy to decide. But to the great annoyance of my VISA, it had moved to a street I ALWAYS go to....

OMG!!!  I haven't been to Paris since 1981 and thankfully my 18 year old self wasn't into tarot at the time.  They would have had to drag me kicking and screaming out of that bookstore.

That said, a friend is sending me two decks...Tarot Nuages, which I don't think I've seen anyone talking about, and Marchetti's Fin de Siecle Kipper.  Just because. 

I have my Caro. It's rather lovely - and also my Pavlov, which we all knew was lovely anyway !
