I'm really liking my journey into the Tarot de Marseille using a Nicolas Conver deck and Yoav Ben-Dov's The Marseille Tarot Revealed. It has been difficult and rewarding so far. While researching more about pips, I landed on another tarot tradition that I was unaware of: Etteilla. Unlike the handful of highly-recommended TdM books to get started with, and countless decks to pick from, approaching the Etteilla tradition seems like trying to hug a hedgehog. There's barely anything in English and what does exist is scattered among haphazard translations, blogs, and YouTube videos. After hours of researching, I've come to the following items: On the Tarot …

This Kickstarter project really put a smile on my face (despite the fact that I’m usually not into cat-themed decks) https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/790159047/the-weird-cat-tarot/description

Looking for something darkish, think Bohemian Gothic vibe or just ANYTHING new, unique that follows RWS. Any recommendations from 2020 - 2021? I just got the Borderless sister of the Centennial from USG and ordered reall's Vintage Pamela, but looking for something just different, but a read out of the box RWS. Before that, it had been over three years without a new deck. TT and ME-ers? Any suggestions? Would love to hear your favs or upcoming purchases, something about to be released you can't wait for.

I think we've all likely been there. Gotten a deck that caught our aesthetic eye only to not be a "reader" for us. Disappointing! I've had more decks I've moved along than kept. The decks that are the "warmest" and best readers for me are the ones I go back to. JUST a couple on a long list....and BEAUTIFUL decks, Tarot of Prague. Just wasn't a reader for me. And I find a lot of what I think of as collage decks, aren't. Mystic Dreamer, thought was "pretty". Then I realized photographic decks not really readers for me (I thought it was made up of paintings/drawings until I got it). So if these are two of your fav decks,…

Have any of you pledged for this, or played the previous version? https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/causacreations/sefirot-silver-seals?ref=9mhpnd&utm_source=jellop&ja=z2aimakj&utm_term=001.ja&utm_content=SilverSeals-CB04&utm_medium=facebook&utm_id=fb&utm_campaign=120211249411500746&fbclid=IwY2xjawFCCkhleHRuA2FlbQEwAAEdQ4wJMTZEk2HWK-hLi3e0h_dVIFxeTvE2TGtOGA7avkhoJZqUpuj0wf5n_aem_W0A_yc0Z7vnIoPL3A9dOyA&campaign_id=120211249431010746&ad_id=120211358393310746

Well!! I have been resisting this sort of deck for quite some time... always looking and looking and thinking I don't like it that much... So I finally decided "Just buy one already!". There are 2 versions from TarotCollectibles, and it took me quite some-time to decided which one to get. Black Light or Neon Pam. I happen to already have a UV torch (pets. Good for checking for pee on the ground!) - so I'm all sorted! Huh. Looks like night-time is going to become even more interesting for me... (I've already installed a movement sensitive multi coloured light in the toilet 😂) Daylight: Darkness - …

This is just a heads up for anyone who's been interested in this deck...I thought the deck would only be one edition, which was sold out last year, but it looks like a second edition is now available for purchase: https://www.darkdaystarot.com/shop-dark-days

This looks like a magical deck. I want it. However the reviews say the printing wears easily and is thin, slick and small. They say there was an original, larger, better quality deck printed and you can get it on Ciro's site or somewhere else. I can't find it. I was on his site and looked everywhere. I would rather pay more for the larger, better quality original deck but don't know where to find it. Anyone know?

I swear I first saw this deck here and that was what prompted me to hunt it down - but I cannot find the thread. It is slightly different from the version described here https://tarot-heritage.com/2015/11/13/the-readers-digest-capek-tarot-de-marseille/#more-1357 in that the titles do not have the added symbols and the book (with gold edged pages) I got is by Emilie Porte. (In French, but I can hack that - and the book seems decent. None of the stuff Sherryl objects to. It's rather lovely, and you can find it in several places on line. For a ghastly moment I had thought I was getting something else entirely - long story - but no !

Does anyone know of a biker or motorcycle themed tarot deck? I've been searching, and haven't found one yet.

I've been away from Tarot for a few years and unfortunately most of my decks got lost as I've moved house twice since then. So, are there any amazing decks that have come out in around the last couple of years that I should know about? I mostly like Rws variants - Anna k, Morgan Greer, Robin wood but sometimes I like something a little bit different. I used to use the Wildwood quite a bit too.

I love and collect faerie decks, I will admit that my view of the faeries is not that of the Victorian sweet faeries, but hey I love faeries so are all welcome in my collection lol. I would love to hear your honest opinions about this deck and the companion book. I am not looking for simply an art deck I want something usable, so I am interested to hear from you about how it reads, and that sort of thing. I appreciate any insight you guys can give me.

What are some big tarot cards producers? I hope to buy some new tarots and will like to purchase from big companies, like US games.

My journey with Stella’s tarot began quite a number of years ago when I first watched the Korean tv drama ”Mawang” (’Lucifer’). It is a really well made but rather lengthy mystery series which heavily features tarot and psychism. The show is available for free on Youtube, with English subtitles. (Just type in 'Mawang Lucifer 1' and you will find the playlist). The deck they had selected for the show was, as I later found out, called Stella’s tarot. This deck was created by Stella Kaoruko and painted by Takako Hoei. The images are really suggestive and there was something about the deck that spoke to me deeply. I decided I wanted to acquire a copy and do my best to find ou…

Hi all! I’m new to tarot and new to this community. I’ve started out with the RWS deck. I was wondering what some of your favorite decks are and why? I’m a big visual person. Once I start to feel more comfortable with the cards, I want to get another deck that I visually connect with. thank you!! 💓

Hi. My new puppy chewed the 5 of Swords of my late edition Blue Box, Conway St., has copyright. I'd trade a whole deck or pay for that replacement if anyone can help? I hope I have some interesting things if you are able to help like if you have a partial deck already and won't miss that card! Thanks!

I know there are deck lists by season, however, I have recently started using one deck through each astrological transit and need suggestions and ideas of which decks seem to have a specific sign’s energy. For example, in Virgo season I used the Wayfarer Tarot. It really helped me have an even stronger connection to the astrological energy of daily life. What decks would you use or recommend for these transits? Please share any that you feel relate or resonate with a specific transit and why, is it the images, the actual energy of the deck for you, the colors, etc. Thank you! Aries - I act/I am - self-awareness Taurus - I manifest/have - person…

http://www.bgkorea.com/tarot/8-Tarot-Egyptiens---Limited-edition-출간예약.jpg[/img] There is very scant info as of now regarding the fourth offering in Lo Scarabeo's Anima Antiqua Line. All I know is that it is an Etteilla deck and that it's most probably the Jeu de La Princesse Tarot. As per the image, it's scheduled to be released on September 2018. In any case, it's going to be my very first Etteilla, so I'm excited. :)

I heard this rumor a couple of times on Facebook, that Ellen was looking into having the dark goddess tarot mass produced and to also reprint her Tarot of the Crone. I wasn’t sure what to believe but today I saw this: So it certainly isn’t a done deal but still potentially hopeful news. If anyone knows more then please share!
