Hi. So I am brand new to this community. I am also pretty new to tarot. I am a 61 year old man who lives in San Diego, CA. For the past 8 years my main focus has been on recovery from severe childhood traumas. The healing required a great deal of solitude. And I can now happily report that I made enough progress in my healing that I now am really seeking community. I also learned a tremendous amount about spirit and about the psyche during my healing years. My goal now is to study the tarot well enough to be able to use that practice to deepen my spiritual work and to also use the cards to assist others. I recently took a look at the Biddy Tarot communit…

Hello everyone! I've been on this site before, but sadly I lost the email my account was attached to. My apologies! On the bright side, I get to use a different name, as I'm a bit tired of using Luna as my alias and much prefer this one! My username used to be Luna-I-V. I'm glad to finally be back on this site! ❤️

I got into tarot a while back on a lark, not thinking I would get that much into it. After doing a couple initial spreads just to do it, I found myself continuing the practice. In retrospect it makes sense as I already liked collecting cards and being introspective, so it seems obvious it would click with me. Since then I've accumulated a fair amount more decks and have come to learn a number of cards by sight. Not close to any mastery of the cards, but the intuition is getting sharpened bit-by-bit. Happy to have found a dedicated forum that is still active. Looking forward to learning what everyone has to share and hoping to do my part to contribute to the c…

My name's Patrick, and I'm a lifelong lover of all things tarot. My first memory of tarot was at 3 years old. My mom and aunt drove over an hour into New York City to meet with this tarot reader in her apartment, while I kicked back and watched Aladdin. This was in ... 1992, I'm pretty sure. Tarot, spirituality, and ritual has been a presence in my life for as long as I can remember. My family's from Argentina, and I always joke that they're only a couple of glasses of wine away from talking about the mystical, the magical, and the paranormal. Alwayyys. Ghosts, divination, psychics, magic rituals. But even then, I'm the only one of my siblings and cousins that took a…

Hi everyone! My name is Hala. I’m from London. I am a huge tarot/oracle enthusiast and I have been studying the cards for the last 13 years. I’m excited to be part of a community of like minded people who share the same passion. I have been quietly working on my own deck for a while called “The Vessel of Return” and this feels like the right place for me to talk about it. The deck is for those seasons of transition, when you’re between versions of yourself and don’t quite have words for what’s happening yet. A lot of decks aim to pull you into “clarity” fast. This one honours the descent. It’s for the tender, unfinished middle: grief, waiting, unravellin…

Hello everyone! My name is Lacie! 😊 I've always had an interest in tarot but never pursued it until recently. My boyfriend bought me my first (and gorgeous) deck for my birthday, and I've been taking the time to familiarize myself with each card by doing a daily draw and keeping a journal of what I pull. Early in the year last year, some new friends did a tarot reading for me, and I was blown away by the accuracy and how validated it made me feel about my past choices, present and future. It was at that moment that I decided I wanted to delve into this world myself and learn how to do it! I'm excited to be here. I don't have much else to say about…

I’m a tarot reader and illustrator from Spain. I’ve been studying tarot for years, mainly working with the Rider-Waite-Smith system. I’m especially drawn to symbolism, shadow work and psychological interpretation of the cards. I’m looking forward to learning from the community and sharing insights with you all. Glad to be here 🖤

Hello! I'm so glad to be back. I joined this forum when Aeclectic Tarot shutdown in 2017 but haven't been around in a long time. I love tarot for the art - It's lovely that I can enjoy and own 78 unique pieces of art in a single tarot deck. Art can be so expensive and difficult to display and store. But with tarot I can keep thousands of tiny art pieces on my bookshelf. The introspective aspects of weekly self-readings are fantastic for guided meditations as well. Sadly, I pretty much dropped all my fun & introspective hobbies/habits when covid hit in 2020. My new year's resolution for 2026 is to re-start all the hobbies & hab…

Whether you’re here to grow, ask questions, or simply connect, I’m grateful to walk this path with you. Looking forward to meeting you all and diving into the cards together. Blessings Susan

Hello Everyone! My tarot adventure started about 30 years ago when I bough my first deck. Since then I acquired a lot more. But this is not only about collecting decks but also reading them, trying to unravel what is behind the symbols or beyond the veil. I use cards in a traditional way reading intuitively, but also I sometimes use them as an inspiration for writing or a tool as a counsellor (Jung archetypes etc.) I have been lurking here from time to time, but also I remember the old Acletic forum as some of your nicks sound familiar. I live in UK. Well. anyway, thank you for having me here:)

I am longing for an online tarot community and feel like a lot of spaces have been scattered to the wind. I’m happy to give this one a try. 🙂 Aside from tarot, I like Shakespeare, hobbits, Sondheim, and art.

Just a quick intro lol. I've been reading playing cards and tarot since high school, and they're fun! They're fine... but my passion is really Lenormand, Sibilla, Indovina and Kipper, which I've been reading for about eight years give or take, and am a professional reader now, but... a very curious one who still loves to learn new things and chat with like-minded people. I'm on the subs on Reddit, which is fun, but they are pretty dead. I live in the far north, but I'm from New England originally. So, hello!

Hi everyone, I'm Ravailan, I've been reading tarot for several years and I'm also a practitioner of Buddhist Paganism, I've joined because I'm always interested in learning more about tarot and related areas, and I've made it a point to focus taking my tarot practice to a higher level recently, through regular practice and other ways. In addition to tarot, I'm also interested in cartomancy and branching out to oracle card readings, as historically I've just done tarot readings alone. I look forward to participating and getting to know you all better.

Hello everyone! 👋 I’m a lifelong witch and tarot reader, and I’ve been walking this path since I was 13 (nearly 40 years now!). My first deck was the Rider-Waite, and when the Haindl deck was released, it instantly became my go-to, I still carry one in my handbag everywhere I go. Over the years my collection has grown to include the Margarete Petersen, Moonchild, Shadow Moonchild, and the Rooted Remembrance Tarot by Rae Serafina Barker, along with a variety of oracle decks that found their way to me at different stages of my journey. One of my favourites being the Dark Mirror oracle which is a tribute to the Final Fantasy artist, Laura Sava. A hard hitting dec…
