DanielJUK Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 I remember in the mid 2010's when Urban Outfitters started to have a tarot and related accessories (boxes, altar glass things/ candle holders) section. It seemed so strange at the time but they had a version of the Wild Unknown before it became fully mass market. You could buy it from the UK web store and get it for much cheaper than importing it in. Some of their global shops also carried tarot related items in their lifestyle section. They still have this section and it has current decks, like the Modern Witch and Tattoo Tarot at the moment. I think it was very much part of the blossoming youth interest into tarot decks and just seems part of their brand image today 🙂 . It was a really clever decision to have this little area in their shops and web store.

I checked none of the Spencersonline website loads for me, from the domain to @bastetly's link. But it says body jewellery, graphic tees and lava lamps in the title but page is blank. Could we be being blocked for being outside the country? Some shops geoblock these days.

My thinking here is, realistically--unless one of us is secretly a Bezos, Gates, Allen, Ellison, etc--no one here, nor indeed any average individual, is buying anything from a Russian tarot seller which has an impact on the country in that regard. It started out as a fundraiser for the shop, but she's selling leftover decks and damaged box decks on the Etsy site. I think they are really great artistic expressions of Tarot, and I can't wait to try them out. Cost was good, shipping, of course, as everyone has already mentioned, is huge. But sometimes, you just buy stuff you need. I needed this deck. Chesterton Also being from the US, they asked me to put in my order (so they had an entry to track) on the site, then cancel the payment. This won't cancel the order itself, just set it to 'pending payment' in their system. You can then email them, or contact them on Instagram via DM, to set up a PayPal payment.
