Hello I was just looking to find the Lo Scarabeo Rider waite deck the older version not the up-dated one, i think the older version fonts are stunning the newer decks are only going to be available for the next year. As i was searching i came across this deck on Amazon - Tarot black and gold with some details below Discover a deck with a whole new approach to color and design with the Black & Gold Tarot. Based on the pictorial key of the traditional Rider-Waite-Smith tarot and printed with elegant gold-foil details, this deck makes for a breathtaking tableau as the cards are laid out in a spread. Whether you are a reader or a collector, you will realize fresh…

Has anybody got this deck? What is the cardstock like? I'm really intrigued by it - I love the design and it looks like it would be interesting to read with. My only worry is that it comes via Printer Studio which means I'll probably get stung by customs. Previews can be seen here: http://www.printerstudio.com/sell/designs/tarot-de-aux-arcs.html

Do you consider the Tarot De Marseille a deck someone who knows the rws tarot or someone who reads intuitively can be able to read with it or both?

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help me name this deck from a one card image? Thank you Bonnie

As I've collected decks I find the ones that have changed the symbolism significantly are can be challenging. They require more mental processing. If they are in RWS family but diverge from what the cards usual definitions are it can sometimes be daunting. I like to be able to pick up a deck and read it without too much translation. Sometimes they change the card suits into other symbols that don't translate immediately to what suit they are supposed to be. Like the Yuletide Tarot changed the suits into Good Cheer, Candy Canes, Candles, and Presents. It's not immediate apparent as to how what objects correlate with Cups, Swords, Wands, and Pentacles. I li…

Hi! I'm new here and desperately searching for a Tarot, Oracle, or Lenormand Deck based on Shipwrecks. The only one I've been able to find is the Titanic Tarot, but I would love to find one with shipwrecks from all over the world instead of focusing on just one. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you so much! :)

I've been pondering this idea for a while. I'm not at a loss for tarot decks but there are always those that I wish I'd been able to purchase when they first came out or those that others have acquired recently that I find intriguing but have been unable to afford because of current circumstances and that will likely be unavailable by the time the wheel, once again, turns in my favor. I don't intentionally collect tarot decks but I currently have just under 100 of them and no, I am not going to "cull the herd." Banish the thought! My taste in artwork has changed over the 15 years since I was reintroduced to the cards. I would have liked to been able to ge…

I've experienced this multiple times throughout my practice and I'm very curious if there's anyone else who has noticed this. Do you have any deck/decks that you feel have very noticeable "personalities"/unique energies about them? For example, the cards respond very well to certain questions/subjects but give chaotic or unintelligible answers to other specific topics, or a certain decks providing readings that are noticeably more negative/positive than what you are used to, that sort of thing. (I hope I explained this properly...) For me, I have 2 specific decks which have consistently exhibited this phenomena: Tarot of St. Petersburg (which gives very bleak, very p…

I’m looking for inspiration and would love to hear about any decks (tarot or oracles) where the artwork is rendered in ink. It’s fine if the artist added some color, but I want the art to be predominantly ink and the shading to be done in ink (not just outlined in ink). Two decks that come to mind are the Wild Unknown and Tarot of the Abyss. I own the former but not the latter. It would be cool to see more decks that are done completely in black ink, like the tarot of the abyss. I am honestly not looking to buy more decks but rather wanting to look at different inking styles for inspiration and artistic nourishment. I’m doing an artistic ’depth year’ o…

I am being very generous here, I am not asking for i.e. only 3 decks, which are the 15 decks that you would never get rid of no matter what (as of now). It gives an indication about who which decks cherishes the most, which kind of decks you prefer. So I am starting it (in no particular order); Jolanda tarot Crimson Asteria Ingesrid Blakstad's Marcel Ruijters Daniloff …

I've just discovered this deck by Tomas Hijo! I need to know more! It looks like it's inspired by Guillermo del Toro. I've always been fascinated by the creatures he creates. Does anyone know more about it? Got pics?

Is anyone familiar with Tarot Droga? apparently it's an indie deck from Poland. I'm having trouble attaching pics but here's a review video: I just love it, particularly the majors!

I have been following his website and - well, I know he has posted on FB, as someone told me ! The “Tarot Grand Luxe” is now up for preorder from his web site. http://www.ciromarchetti.com/tarot There's info there on design options and companion themed items. Please do view the promo video with a comprehensive overview of the the deck's look and style. Looks good to me. And his digital art is second to none, I think.

I've been wanting to pull the trigger on these two decks for so long. I love the amount of symbolism in them and the mythology behind the Apokalypsis. But I wonder how people go with doing a whole reading with them? I can see how I could use them for clarifiers, but realistically speaking, how do you guys go with using them for a whole large spread like the Celtic Cross? For reference, I love Ciro Marchetti decks, so I'm not shy about colour and detail.

I cannot find the guide book for this deck anywhere and have bought the deck. The link provided takes me to Wonderland Tarot which is not the same. Can anyone assist, please?
