Greetings everyone. So I am a fan of RW clone decks since I find that I connect most to the symbolism of the original deck yet not wanting to use the traditional deck. I have been working with the Radiant version and with the Robin Wood deck ( which was my favorite so far). So recently I have purchased the Llewellyn's Classic Tarot deck. I got it a few days ago and while I DO like it, I have some mixed feelings about it. I love the overall art and the fact that the settings are much more realistic. Most Major arcana cards I absolutely LOVE- especially the strength and judgment cards ( I will add one of them just to show those who haven't seen the deck) …

For those interested in this deck, it's on sale on Amazon for a little over $7. I just splurged a tiny bit go get it, and it reminds me of my Animals Divine deck. Does anybody here have this deck who wishes to share their thoughts about it? I won't get it for at least another week since I'll be out of state.

I was surfing on the Kickstarter website and found that rather impressive Demon-Possessed Tarot! >:D Link: It's highly focused on Goetia but hey, that looks good! Now I'm struggling with either I do pledge or not... Do any of you here pledged for the deck already? There is 20 days remaining (ends on September 25, 2018) and it's funded at 575%!

I've never heard of this artist before, but a feature on this deck crossed my dash today and I just had to share https://www.zekeslunchbox.com/zekes-arcana/ This is not at ALL my usual style, but I kind of love it??? Reminiscent of the Tarot of the Silicon Dawn, maybe, which is a dear favourite of mine. Only more PINK. (Not a bad thing.) Looks like this is a very long way from completion, but I like where it's going!

Hello all! Has anyone bought The Bride's Tarot, and what do you think? Just saw it on Etsy. It's by Roxana Paul. http://www.roxanapaul.com/tarot-decks/the-brides-tarot/

http://visualtarot.com/decks/?name=all;items=all;year=;is_in_stock=0 the site clearly says secure site at the bottom of the page My search bar clearly says not a secure site. The whole place feels hinky to me. I wasn't planning on ordering something was just looking for a link to astrop's runic site.

If I posted in the wrong place, please redirect & forgive me. I’ve heard many pronunciations of ‘Minchiate’. Massimiliano Filadoro (Viceversa tarot creator) just corrected me...the Italian word is phonetically, in English, ‘MEEN K JA TE’. I’ll trust his pronunciation, since he’s Italian & struggles with English.

Who else has the Tarot of Shadows by Vera Sklyarova? It is a Tarot deck of Russian provenance that is virtually unknown in the West but has a significant following in some Slavic countries. Just google "Таро Теней" and you'll see pages upon pages of forum threads dedicated to the deck and its cards. Thank God for Google Chrome and instant Google Translate, these pages have become somewhat comprehensible.

Ciro is creating a new deck and the cards he’s posted on Facebook so far are absolutely stunning. This selection: can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/mysticpallet/photos/a.339490303239265.1073741828.296198980901731/349556298899332/?type=3 He also has some cards posted on his own Facebook page. Excited about this one!

Does anyone know of a biker or motorcycle themed tarot deck? I've been searching, and haven't found one yet.

Hi – new member here, posting for the first time. Please advise if you think I am doing something unethical or not. I have occasionally made my own copies of OOP decks that retail for many hundreds of dollars – if I ever win the lottery I plan to go back and buy any available of these real decks, but barring that unlikely occurrence I will never be able to afford them. In the meantime, I have downloaded pictures of the cards and printed them at home. The resulting deck is obviously a copy and would fool no one into thinking it is an original. Not only would it fool no one, but no one even sees it. I live alone, read only for myself, and have no tarot-enthusias…

Wren mentioned in her latest newsletter that she's started working on another tarot deck! She's also started a Patreon, where you can read a bit more about the concept behind the Mother Tarot and see the 6 of Pentacles. https://www.patreon.com/wren_mcmurdo I'm very intrigued to see her style, which works so beautifully in black and white, expressed through bright rainbow colours this time around! That said, some of the uterus = female imagery of the Dark Days tarot made me uncomfortable, as a genderqueer witchling, and it sounds like the Mother deck might be going down the same route... Although to be fair, it's very early days yet! Anyone else have any tho…

TLDR: Decks like the mary el? I feel drawn to get into tarot, i am a holistic health student, and have knowledge of astrology and am interested in tarot to understand archetypes and my shadow(s) (jungian stuff)... and to work on my intuition. I want a deck that i can read based on intuition opposed to via memory/ logic/ analytical (which i may be too heavily reliant on in my day to day... mercury in virgo). So i think marsailles would not be good for that based on the minors? So a deck with amazing imagery symbolysm for minors as much as the majors would be great. I am drawn much more by thoth than RWS, and am turned off by decks that are too light (airy fairy…

If you're destined to be stranded on a desert island and you can do nothing to avert your fate BUT you can prepare for it by packing at most five (5) decks in advance, which would you bring with you? The only rule is that you must have at least one Tarot and one non-Tarot deck - the other three may be any deck at all. You may also bring two cartomantic books with you if you like. ^-^ Note: I know bringing decks and books in a survival situation sounds quite impractical, but just humor me lol. After all, this is a Tarot forum. :))

Hi guys! So now that the TotSD is oop, the deck's creator, Egypt Urnash (aka Margaret Trauth) is considering pushing for a second printing or arranging a Kickstarter to do it herself. http://egypt.urnash.com/tarot/ As someone who adores this deck beyond reason, I urge everyone who's interested in seeing a new edition happen to send her an email saying so! (She asks for people to do that on her site, so it's not being pushy to send a message!) Obviously the more people that express an interest, the more likely it is to happen - and let's be honest, this deck NEEDS a new edition with cardstock and a card size that's actually worthy of it!

All right - I feel fully *enabled* now to start this thread... Consider yourself duly warned!! This is a place to post questions, comments, salivations and solicitations about the decks that are our and others' objects of (potential) desire.... So I'll get us started off... do I really need to save up all my lunch money for the next 10 months to nab a copy of the Victorian Romantic? And if so: does it matter which edition??? Anyone know of a good angel deck... So far have.. angel therapy oracle-not really happy with this...it seems to cater only to new age/spiritualist type people with i guess I am but can't really use this for other people and it's a bit cliche daily guidance from your angels oracle-love it, first angel oracle ever and love it's energy angel tarot-nope...weird energy, weird vibes using it..weird experiences using it but I still do for angel readings at this time and it works ok but I don't feel any special connection to it...it just sorta creeps me out -__- I was actually super excited to buy this deck but believe it or not I was on my way with someone to pick …

Is anyone here familiar with the indie, Australian, black and white deck Revelation Tarot? This one is by Jahne Hope-Williams, as opposed to the Zach Wong deck by the same name. I believe it's now OOP...I came across it by chance and became enamored with the images I saw of it.

Who here with Prisma Visions (1st edition) thinks it is totally worth 80.00 US? There's a gently used one for sale, so I'm asking for a friend (ah-hem)...

This one looks gorgeous! Currently on Kickstarter and already made its goal with 22 days to go: I thought the creator's video was really lovely as well.

https://benebellwen.com/2018/07/30/so-it-begins-the-artist-vs-business-reality/ So far majors only I think. The work reminds me of M.M. Meleens decks.

I bought the Dreams of Gaia tarot, and WOW the artwork is beautiful. But the structure of it is so different that I feel intimidated by it. Anyone else have thoughts on this deck?
