So, there was much drama about the solar eclipse here in the UK - on Wednesday 12th. I've already had several clients tell me all about their experience of gathering in a designated spot - which turned out to be chockablock with eclipse fans - to watch the event. When I was a child - Sunday was church going day. My parents were losely Catholic, and my father liked to take us to "ye old Cathedral" for sunday mass, followed by lunch at Intercontinental Hotel. I enjoyed choosing my "sunday best" - which was how 'putting on your best frock for church' was described in our culture, and joining in the hymns (although they were never as good as hymns at school - because those, we practiced well, with harmony). I've been listening to a guided meditation series about connecting with spirit guides. While I normally do well with guided meditations and visualizations--on this one I got nothing. I've never particularly felt that I had spirit guides but I wanted to see if I could find any with this meditation series. The facilitator's premise is that the spirit guides are OUTSIDE us--not our higher self or soul or whatever [inside us]. She maintains that we have guides which stay with us throughout life. Odd question I know, but maybe someone here can offer suggestions? I always had great respect for them, as in some points of view that is the female part of this, missing in many of the old systems, almost everywhere I think. Hello, We're aware of repeating numbers, sequences like 111, 222 to 999, 11:11, 12:21, and so on, termed as 'Angel numbers'. There's plenty of information on the internet, probably because they're noticed universally by people who are into spirituality. Yesterday I dropped a small mirror and caused a single crack, so mirror is still usable. Now I have a very itchy right foot on the sole. I think breaking mirrors cause bad luck but an itchy right foot is the sign of a postive journey! Although there are lots of conflicting ideas on the Internet. Hi! I'm new to this kind of spiritual experiences, but am recently convinced I've met my twin flame. I didn't even think I believed in that before all of this happened. Everything I read about twin flame connection has a very obsessive, almost unhealthy undertone to it. I have done a lot of reading on attachment theories lately, and the logic side of my brain started to convince myself that I was being crazy. Yes! You read that correctly as in the metal Lead. Tamera Rubin from her fb group and web page as shown that some (all?) metal Tibetan Singing Bowls are made with several metals, including lead. Thats probably why some have weight to them, while a larger bowl does not have that much weight. I just found this out, and I'm not smiling. The Lead does absorb into our body and it does get digested out. I have read a lot about this. Is anyone aware of this? I'm not looking for comments like one more thing to worry about, or if it matters. Of course it matters. You matter. I matter.

Hi, I have Spirits around me, one being my Mum's father. I want to connect with him better. I sense him often, and I talk to him, but I don't seem to get answers I 'hear', 'see' or understand. Things happen that I know are him, such as his name came up on an auto fill form, on a website I'd never been to before.
