Has anyone ever had their aura photos taken? Share them here. My photo happens to be very dense/thick for some reason (you can’t see my face). But you can blur out your faces, if you choose to be anonymous. Me first. Here’s mine: Here is an article about it, along with examples of other people’s photos: https://www.harpersbazaar.com/fashion/designers/g6240/fashion-designer-auras-1015/ ☝🏼 The first one was a mistake—you’re supposed to have colours on all sides, but apparently my blue centre/the yellow on top of my head were so strong, they had to readjust the camera so the other sides’ colours could show too! Here are some meanings: https://www.reiki-for-…

According to checkiday.com, Oct. 1st is "Less Than Perfect Day:" "Less Than Perfect Day is a day to accept that it's okay to not be perfect. Some people are perfectionists who are very hard on themselves if they make a mistake, and some people are okay with their faults. No matter where you fall on that spectrum, today is a day to remember that we all make mistakes and that we should try hard at everything we do, but not so hard as to stress ourselves out. Spend the day trying to keep yourself from stressing out about things you aren't perfect at. It might be a day to challenge yourself to try new and difficult things, because at the same time you will be focusing o…

Typing with fat thumbs so im sorry if i miss out a few punctuations and please excuse my typos. Im not sure where this belongs so i hope im posting in the right place. I recently discovered my life path number is 7 (hopefully calculated this correctly [emoji38]) and i was interested to know if anyonecan offer insights into this or perhaps share your thoughts on your own life path numbers. Does the literature on the topic/ description resonate with you? I also saw some posts about gemstones that would help to cultivate the energies of your life path numbers. I wanted to start getting some gemstones or crystals for myself but know very little about them. Im a tauru…

I've heard life paths mentioned over the years and I was previously told I was an 8. I did an online numerology 'reading' last week (well, I started it, but then it was a rabbit hole with page after page and I had no idea how far into it I was, so I gave up due to lack of time) and it said I was an 8. Today I was talking to someone about energy and she told me I was a life path 1, and that it's a 12 year cycle and things are changing due to Jupiter and Saturn colliding last December... anyway, I realised afterwards, that she said life path 1 and I thought I was an 8. So I've googled, and it seem the 'only' way that I can see to calculate a life path is adding up full DOB,…

I've just been watching an interview between Eckhart Tolle and Lothar Schafer on YouTube - very interesting and I'm going to have to try and find the full length interview. It's well worth watching as he explains how spiritual belief and (quantum) science can co-exist harmoniously. @Raggydoll got me onto him and I bought his book, Infinite Potential - one of the two he's published in English afaik. The other book is In Search of Divine Reality: Science as a Source of Inspiration. Sadly, I came across this article when I went looking for him online: https://news.uark.edu/articles/52702/department-of-chemistry-and-biochemistry-mourns-passing-of-profe…

hey, I was wondering. Does anyone of you ever have lucid dreams? What is your favorite technique to induce a lucid dream? Do you meditate? I had a few lucid dreams at a time when I also meditated a lot, now I don't have any lucid dreams anymore. I also read that there is a connection to meditation practice. I love it when I get lucid in a dream. I think its absolutely fascinating how one can lay in bed and feel if flying through the air or having someone touch you and feel it or smell. One time I was thinking while I had such a dream: "wow,.. this is like having a hallucination. Its as if this is happening in "real life" ". What are your experiences? :)

Hey guys, I'm aware it's a full moon soon, I'm wondering if you had any tips for manifestation. I normally listen to Jason Stephenson before I sleep or dauschcy. But I'm wondering if there any specific things I'm missing, and should be doing. I've written lists times before now but nothing seems to work. Thank-you 💕

Hi everyone I am happy to give further detail in the comments, but I am a very intuitive person and I am married to someone I knew I would marry the day I met. Spirit told me when and how we would get together, even before I knew him (and thus it was beyond logic or reason). I had dreams about it, synchronicities, numbers lining up, and many connections. We have now been married 10 years, with children, and are happy. But over the past couple of months it has become evident that I have fallen in love with someone else - my PhD supervisor to be exact. Ive never had chemistry with anyone like this, and I’ve never even met him in person, only over Zoom …

I find it interesting and strange how n some days I can meditate and right away my third eye starts buzzing and my sense of self hones right in and I calm don breathing and can focus my mind up to my third eye. Then for some reason, on other days, there is no concentration. My third may start to tingle, but then it goes away and my mind races all over the world. And what's funny about that, it's the random things that I think about fro some Eason. Things that happened 10 years ago. makes me wonder if that's what happened on that particular day 10 years ago. I know full well the brain is supposed to be active like that. It's normal for the brain to move, make mental m…

Can someone tell me why I'm seeing cat's when i meditate just lately. [emoji177][emoji176][emoji177] I feel quite drawn to them at the moment and I'm usually not that fussy about them my go to animal is sea turtles. Could it be my spirit animal showing its self? Any thoughts * Meow!* Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Hello all, I recently joined an organization and, after only a month there, realized that I have a connection with one of my colleagues. I did a Lenormand reading last week, asking about this person. My deck screamed “SOULMATE!”. I have texted this person about this extraordinary connection, but they haven’t responded. Has anyone had a similar experience with a being they know is a soulmate, but who chooses not to engage?

What are the most beautiful and evocative prayers, blessings, invocations, etc. that you've heard? It can be something you always perform, something that inspires you, it may have won you over because of how effective it is, or maybe you just find it so poetic or literarily satisfying.

Hello everyone, ☺️ The 9 day Navratri festival is being celebrated by Hindus around the world from last week onwards, and is from 15-10-23 (Sunday) to 24-10-23 (Tuesday). The Navratri festival is conducted in reverence of the Mother Goddess Durga. As per Shakta philosophy of Hinduism, all women and females are manifestations of the Divine Mother and reverence towards them results in auspiciousness and strength.

My daily draw this morning reminded me of the concept of 'near enemies' in Buddhist psychology. I thought some might find this concept interesting: Buddhism has four virtues that its followers try to cultivate: 1) loving-kindness – active goodwill towards everyone 2) compassion – recognizing the suffering of others, not turning from it, and wishing to relieve it 3) sympathetic joy – celebrating in someone else’s joy and good fortune 4) equanimity – calm awareness regardless of what is happening It also describes four 'near enemies' of these virtues; unlike the ‘far enemies’ which are the direct opposites (hatred, cruelty, envy, and bias), the near enemies are sn…

Not sure if this is where I should discuss this but here we go! So, for the most part, I call myself an Atheist, but I don't feel as though that is entirely true. I feel like I may be an entire-ist? I have found myself to believe that all gods and goddess exist. That being there is a 'force' per se that exists to be whatever a person needs it to be. If that makes sense. So, there are gods but at the same time, there are not, in the sense that this 'force' changes itself to the needs of each person. What they need to believe it becomes. A single god for one set of peoples and thousands for another. So, like I don't classify myself as religious as I don't practice a …

Started this topic not to mess up a different thread (For you @Oxfret and @joy, and anyone else who wants to join in!). My life path number is 29/11. What's yours? How connected do you feel to your numerology number/s, do you feel like it represents your energy, the good, the bad, and how do you use it in tarot? I feel more connected to 29/11 in a positive sense now than I did when I was younger. 29/11 can be quite the double edged sword and I felt the pointy end of that for a long time before I matured enough to not give a damn anymore and start caring for myself more than others (reformed Empath here!). One of the blessings is the hig…

I've set this thread up as a response to Flaxen[/member]'s request in my other thread about pathworking and active imagination. I'm not quite sure just yet how this thread will develop, but my initial idea is to share any thoughts I have on my own experiences (without going into too many personal details) in case it might be useful or interesting or of benefit to others who are also interested in this type of work. For me, shadow work is a long overdue undertaking. I'm not sure how I first heard about Shadow Work, but Kelly-Ann Maddox is definitely my go-to person now. Her YouTube channel is an absolute treasure-trove of information on this type of…

OK, so, I had a bit of an odd experience tonight and I wonder if anyone else has experienced something similar. I'd pulled 3 of my decks out earlier today to take some photos of them and show off their pouches I'd put together for them. I'm terrible at putting things away so just left them on the arm of the chair and went off to finish the post. After dinner and after the dogs had been fed (we have 3 including a 7 month old pup) we let them back inside and chilled out for a bit. Then, completely out of the blue Nova, our pup, started barking and seemed a bit freaked out. She went over towards the couch with the cards on it then bark and back away staring at t…

I noticed a tendency in myself during hurricane Mary to hope the storm would take a more westerly track for the excitement and change in routine and interpreted this yearning to be unconstructive in the empathic sense. In cultivating empathy I thought I might pluck out of myself the response to the news of the hurricane's whereabouts by dwelling on the symptom and consciously making the distinction between excitement for myself and excitement that may be unwelcomed by other people. Already I feel better for having made this post and putting the symptom in perspective.
