Hello everyone! I have found my perfect match - after purchasing several decks: gorgeous, interesting and visually stunning, the good old (but totally new to me) Morgan Greer deck speaks to me like an old friend. I have a 2004.edition,made in Italy, English version. I am concerned about the cardstock - these are very thin and papery, after literally 2 days of using, the deck has already bonded. I love thick cards, strong and laminated. These are a bit too thin, although I will use them, I'm considering another MG deck that is more thick. I have read several forum posts about different editions but I can't wrap my mind around the info. Can anyone help me with the info…

The Lightseer's Tarot As previously mentioned, I received this deck for Winter Solstice December last. My first impression was very positive. Here is, what I initially wrote: Quoting myself here in the unboxing thread: The Light Seer's Tarot arrived!♥ A very sturdy box that survived the trip into the bush without any dents!♥ It fits the cards quite snug, but it is still easy to take them in and out. ♥ the card sized booklet is about 1 cm thick, has sturdy pages and fits well into said box.♥ The cards are amazing! A mat finish but still, the colours pop and there is no sticking ♥ The card pack thick -…

Publisher is Magical Omaha. With full size companion book that is the same content as the original edition. Thanks, @DDwarks, for verifying that. DuQuette posted about it on fb, so it's legit. $56.99 though, and with a sizeable shipping charge if you're not in the US, but thought I'd pass along in case anyone is eyeing a more expensive sale of the long OOP edition. EDIT: @FLizarraga pointed out that when you sign up for Magical Omaha emails, you get 20% off your first purchase. It's HERE.

Hello! I have an opportunity to receive the Gendron Tarot deck and there appears to be mixed reviews on it. If you have it, please share likes and dislikes. Is there a deck that is comparable in the pros it offers - symbolism and message delivery, but better quality collage art? I am not typically a big fan of collage art, but really like Danielle Noel’s cards. @Rodney and @gregory, do either of you, or both, have this deck and could share your thoughts on it? Thank you!

While 2019 now slowly crawls to its demise, which decks did you acquire/ get, been gifted in 2019? Older and trusted ones? Newly created ones? Coveted OOP ones? Tarot Oracles Playing cards Lenormand Lets list our decks of 2019, mention a few words of how we fared with them - and compare notes:

Hi, I am new to this forum and couldn't quite work out if I'm posting in the right place so apologies if not (please do point me in the right direction!). I was gifted a tarot deck years ago and I've never been able to find which deck it is as it came without box or book... Can anyone help? I also seem to need help adding in a picture as I can't attach one.... I feel silly right now! 🤦♀️ how do I add pictures?? TIA!

Apparently Austin Osman Spare's deck has been rediscovered. HAS ANYONE PRINTED IT YET? ? ? ? ? Feast your eyes on these old images and meanings: https://www.pinterest.com/ragnarofl/aos/ I know there's a a book http://strangeattractor.co.uk/shoppe/lost-envoy/ and of course I'll be wanting that, too - but the deck itself?

Hi guys, I'm sorry if this is the wrong part of the site to post this in (I could have sworn there used to be a particular place for talking about buying/selling, but I can't find it now?), but I'm trying to find a copy of the indie version of the Light Seer's Tarot. Seriously kicking myself for cancelling my Kickstarter pledge back during the campaign, but what can you do? Anyone have one they're interested in selling, or no where I can look?

I'm in need of finding good collage tarot decks for professional readings for clients. I find that the collage decks are eye candy and can help in unfolding a story with my readings. Are there any suggestions?

Being a reader of African American Descendant I have found the majority of card unrelatable. I am curious which deck would your recommend for a reader who is not European. I am a fan of the Modern Witch's Tarot Deck because it is very inclusive but there other decks that are just as inclusive when it comes to images? I truly look forward to hearing your answers. I have placed an advanced order for the Hoodoo Tarot deck. I am literally sitting on the edge of my sit for that. Are there others that the images' beautiful and respectful of the non European people?

It's almost December and as the nights grow longer and colder, the days grow shorter (i.e. if you live in the northern hemisphere :) ). It's less than a month before the winter solstice, and I guess it's good time to ask: which Tarot and oracle decks do you like to use during the winter season?

Dali Tarot reissue by Tachen arrived in the mail today : ) Really love the rich imagery of this deck, especially the way many cards leave a lot of negative space. Stylistically nothing else in my collection bears much similarity to it. Reading the accompanying book makes it clear a lot of the meanings diverge a fair bit from typical RWS associations, but it seems internally consistent and the images speak very clearly. One interesting thing I noticed : certainly looks like Dali borrowed / collaged the suit symbols directly from the Royal Fez Moroccan deck, which has fairly distinctive, recognizable suit symbols. It comes in a ridiculously big velv…

I wrote to Emi Brady last night in praise of her stunning Brady Tarot which I received yesterday. I was so impressed with the work and the quality of the presentation that I'm considering buying another set or two and I was wondering if she was running low. She gave me permission to post her reply: "Thank you so much for your kind words! I really put my heart and soul into the creation of this body of work, and it means so much to me to hear your feedback. I've got about 500 copies left of the first edition (out of the original 3000 I received in October), so while there are still some left, they will not last! I will be publishing a secon…

Coming this Spring 2018 from US Games - the Zillich Tarot in a Tin. It's a Thoth-based deck that features intriguing watercolor artwork from Christine Zillich. The initial printer proofs from USG made its Thoth inspiration more evident, with the corresponding Hebrew letter displayed for the Majors and the Thoth keyword shown for the minors. Sadly, no astrological correspondence symbols are shown. The USG release will come with English text, as shown below. The imagery is different from the Thoth since the minors display full images and not pips. The majors and courts also diverge from the Thoth. I must say tho - the watercolor art in the cards is simply …

TAROT of the OLD PATH is beautiful, I like the kind of pagan/nature aspects, but it just missed the mark for being what I look for in a reading deck. I COULD read with it, just wasn't one of the decks that just flowed for me. Anyone else have a deck that JUST missed the mark once you got it?

Which decks do you see as the opposite of sweetness and light decks? Just your night vs your day decks. For me, just the Bohemian Gothic. Don't see as scary dark, just the opposite of sugar sweet.
