This forum needs some posts so I thought I'd throw out this question... does anyone have any good astral travel or lucid dreaming tips? My head seems to hit the pillow and then boom-- fast asleep. How do you maintain focus and keeping your consciousness awake when your physical body is so sleepy? Is it a matter of just being a good meditator and that's what will help someone to control their dreams better?

Do you believe you have lived before? As what, and what other details do you know? How did you come across that info? Or do you think it's all bunk? Why tho?

Hey guys; Are any of you knowledgeable on orbs or "auruas." Me and this guy have been seeing some lately around us; I've been seeing blue and he's been seeing white and saw an orange flicker. Our outdoor ‘momma’ cat (now spade) has disappeared. She’s been missing for three days and my son said he noticed before she went missing, she had something wrong with her mouth. He made a note to check it in the morning when he fed her and could get close to her. She was missing the following morning. The purpose of this thread is to please tell me what belief systems, lore, myths; anything that can help me rationalize how to deal with the loss. This is different from death, it is the unknowing that is consuming me at the moment. Tomorrow morning I will do a reading for her. I am open to all religions and spiritual beliefs.

I have been feeling an energy that is not my own nor of the ones I love. Its gross, its hateful, and it hit me like morning sickness and its terrible. I can feel that someone hates me or wants me gone. I pinpointed the source- the “friend” of my twin soul (different story for a different forum). Yesterday, a friend of mine who identifies as Wiccan mentioned something interesting to me. He mentioned that apparently some members of a coven he belongs to had been saying that they're suffering from unusual depression, sadness or anxiety.
