I've started daily meditation again after a short hiatus, and thought it might be fun to do it together! If you are struggling with it, or want a little accountability to make sure you don't skip a day, it can be easier with some support. I have found that consistency with meditation practice is very important to get the best outcomes. I have tried many different methods, and while I enjoy mixing it up every now and then I have a few types as my go-to sessions. Tonight I've chosen to use my 'Muse' headset, which is a completely unnecessary but fun meditation tool. Who's in?

Does anyone have any thoughts on the images that arise in the liminal state (i.e. while on the edge of falling asleep or on the edge of becoming conscious again)? I'm curious! I see lots of unsettling things - some that scare me fully awake, most that don't, but I'm just curious as to "WHY those things" and not other things? I went googling for info, and came across this book but apart from that there doesn't appear to be a lot out there.

TWO DEAD PIGEONS Saw one on Thursday and Friday outside the house of the old lady that gave me the aloes 2 years ago. And then yesterday in the city. I think it was actually murdered by a human and not a cat. Maybe a rat as have heard some are as big, or even bigger, than a cat. Hard to say, but it didn't have any obvious trauma like what a cat would do and just its head was not there. Hi! I just want to ask you guys about spirit guides. I believe my spirit guide is the one that's giving me information about the reading. Hi all 🙂 Today it was saturday and sabbath, and I was baptized at the seventh day adventist church. I have converted from being a catholic. I was dressed in white and it was a beautiful ceremony with full submerge under water. The pastor said "Die with Jesus" as I went under, and "rise with Jesus" as I came up. After not having seen this phenomenon for over 30 years, this is the third one this week in my area (NE Ohio). What does it mean? What’s coming? I know there’s a scientific explanation, but... Beautiful colors, which you can’t see in the picture. And the sky is a lot darker inside the circle than out. Odd.

Hey there! I'm very interested in what people think about past-lives, and if your spiritually has connected you to them, or awakened them in you. Also whether or not you believe in them? If you do, and feel you know of, or understand a past-life/soul connection, what is your experience with it? If not, outside of "Unable to empirically prove it", what makes you doubt the essence of past life experiences? I have some experiences with past-lives! Am more curious about your story though!

Hi Friends, I have been involved in a few discussions lately about what exactly it means to be psychic.. turns out it is a difficult term to define. I know for some, being psychic is something to be proud of and utilized at all times. For others being psychic sparks fear because of personal conditioning or religious beliefs. Are there any fellow pagans on this forum? Paganism played a huge part in my spirituality in the recent years, and it took a lot of courage to admit that I'm in fact a pagan. I was drawn to divine experience since I was a kid, but being raised in an atheist family I had no one to discuss these topics with. Even my craft didn't include any spiritual practices until I discovered some tarot youtubers (Kelly Ann Maddox in particular) talking about their deities. And then I start searching for my own... and it was a hell of a journey 🙂 currently I'm working with northern pantheon, it all started when I was studying runes, especially with Odin and Loki.

I find it interesting and strange how n some days I can meditate and right away my third eye starts buzzing and my sense of self hones right in and I calm don breathing and can focus my mind up to my third eye. Then for some reason, on other days, there is no concentration. My third may start to tingle, but then it goes away and my mind races all over the world. Hi all X/ I know that a snake is known to symbolize so many things, but I want to add a new feature. I have a strong sense that the snake can symbolize corruption. I don't want to write more about it than that. When it comes to interpretation often one word is enough. Think of it - corruption.

is it still possible to be spiritual and have evil thoughts? :think: i don't want to be thinking like that but some people make me want to be a medieval torturer. hey, I was wondering. Does anyone of you ever have lucid dreams? What is your favorite technique to induce a lucid dream? Do you meditate? I had a few lucid dreams at a time when I also meditated a lot, now I don't have any lucid dreams anymore. I also read that there is a connection to meditation practice. I love it when I get lucid in a dream. I think its absolutely fascinating how one can lay in bed and feel if flying through the air or having someone touch you and feel it or smell. One time I was thinking while I had such a dream: "wow,.. this is like having a hallucination. Its as if this is happening in "real life" ". What are your experiences? :)

Anyone use them? I have a book about them, Llewellyn's Complete Book of correspondences. I just never really know how to use them exaclly. Any tips? The book was gift so I'm lost on it.
