I walked to a salon and got a haircut, all that bad COVID chopping in front and too-long-for-my-age stuff is finally gone. I don't have to put my hair up at work anymore, I'm back to my Bette Davis All About Eve/Lauren Bacall/Rita Hayworth long bob hair. Yesterday, a friend of mine who identifies as Wiccan mentioned something interesting to me. He mentioned that apparently some members of a coven he belongs to had been saying that they're suffering from unusual depression, sadness or anxiety. How do you maintain focus and keeping your consciousness awake when your physical body is so sleepy? I've always wanted to ask this, and I'm rather curious as to how you guys will respond. The question is simple really. Do you believe that when someone dies, there is still a form of existence which they assume - whether as a consciousness of sorts, as a soul facing some judgement consistent with the religion you subscribe to, a being waiting for reincarnation or revelling in the full realization of their enlightenment, etc? Are there any fellow pagans on this forum? Paganism played a huge part in my spirituality in the recent years, and it took a lot of courage to admit that I'm in fact a pagan. I was drawn to divine experience since I was a kid, but being raised in an atheist family I had no one to discuss these topics with. Even my craft didn't include any spiritual practices until I discovered some tarot youtubers (Kelly Ann Maddox in particular) talking about their deities. Hi friends, yesterday I was visited by a deity which felt like the natural next step in my spiritual path. I would like to extend my worship in the direction of this deity, at least for some time, as I have done before with others. I grew up in a Christian household (my mom is a catholic convert, and my dad is a pastor's kid) and for a long time, I've been struggling with Christianity. I genuinely feel happy working with it (though the church itself has many, many issues that I dislike), but I also do love my tarot cards. Does anyone here work with guardian spirits? I believe that I have guardian dragons, but sometimes I do wonder if they're real, or if I'm just imagining them. Can anyone tell me how to tell if they are in fact real, or if they're just figments of my imagination?

I've been listening to a guided meditation series about connecting with spirit guides. While I normally do well with guided meditations and visualizations--on this one I got nothing. I've never particularly felt that I had spirit guides but I wanted to see if I could find any with this meditation series. The facilitator's premise is that the spirit guides are OUTSIDE us--not our higher self or soul or whatever [inside us]. She maintains that we have guides which stay with us throughout life. hey, I was wondering. Does anyone of you ever have lucid dreams? What is your favorite technique to induce a lucid dream? Do you meditate? I had a few lucid dreams at a time when I also meditated a lot, now I don't have any lucid dreams anymore. I also read that there is a connection to meditation practice. I love it when I get lucid in a dream. I think its absolutely fascinating how one can lay in bed and feel if flying through the air or having someone touch you and feel it or smell. One time I was thinking while I had such a dream: "wow,.. this is like having a hallucination. Its as if this is happening in "real life" ". What are your experiences? :)

My deck screamed “SOULMATE!”. I have texted this person about this extraordinary connection, but they haven’t responded. I've been going through a rough time these last several months but up to tonight I've continued to walk through it as just that, a rough spot. There have been many odd things happening along with the negativity and bad luck in my home. My husband and myself haven't been the same since we moved in our new home.
